The food was really good too, I got the ramen and it was plenty food, especially for $14. The main issue I had with the place is that it seemed like takeout orders were being prioritized over us eating in. Two people came for takeout and they got their food before we did. It had a cool environment although I thought it was weird the tables were made of floor tiles. Overall it wasn't a bad experience.

Update #2: I spoke…read morewith the owner over the phone regarding the dry chicken, and she was very kind and understanding about it. She told me she had already talked with her staff yesterday and agreed that the chicken was dry, and said she would fix it. I really appreciate businesses that take feedback the way she did instead of getting offended when the feedback is genuinely well-intended. Thank you so much! Raising my review back to 5 stars. :) Update #1: I feel bad having to drop a star, but I've noticed a consistent issue lately. Whenever I've ordered the BBQ chicken, it's been really dry/overcooked. I genuinely love the flavors here and the value is great, but the doneness of the chicken can make or break the dish. Please consider adjusting the cook on the chicken. When they're cooked properly and stay moist, it's an amazing meal. I really want this place to keep being one of my favorites, but this has been hard to ignore. Original review: I've been to Hafa Adai a few times now, and the food is delicious! I especially love the BBQ chicken and the dipping sauce that comes with it. My only complaint is their hours - they're a bit awkward. My husband doesn't get off work until 3, but they close at 3 on both Wednesday and Thursday. Plus, they're closed three days a week, which makes it tricky to find a good time to go.

The last couple of tables were left without food. Even more unacceptable, approximately 30 expected guests didn't even show up... yet they STILL ran out. What would have happened if everyone had attended? Some of the guests who went without food had traveled from far away to celebrate the newlyweds. The couple had no idea this happened until guests told them afterward, and they were extremely disappointed. The newlyweds paid a significant amount of money and did their part by planning and paying for their guests. They should never have had to find out after their wedding that people were left hungry. For a professional catering service, running out of food despite having roughly 30 fewer guests than expected is simply unacceptable.
