The food was ready on time but the wings lacked flavor and were barley covered. We got the mango flavor and the hot. You could still see the plain chicken on the wings because they were barely tossed. Asked for carrots only and got a celery and carrot mix with only 4 carrots. Fries were good though. read more

Service was great!!! There has never been a problem ordering, picking up or customer service. Let me get that out the way.... That is not the problem. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this location and I really wanted to like them. They have disappointed me once again.... My chicken was NOT CRISPY!!!! I absolutely loath oily, soggy skin on chicken!!! You couldn't taste the flower due to all the oil so the dry rub was NOT dry!!! The big ass fries!!! What in the Fountain Mesa is going on???? Also the fried corn was fried out and hard!!! At the price that I paid and to be disappointed in my meal is bad... I will not order from this location again. I guess across town to Academy will have to do... Real talk I'm in disbelief... read more

I wish I could go and give negative stars. My wings still had their feathers on them -_-

I called to inform the store that my side of carrots and ranch dressing was missing. I only received the chicken wings and the additional five piece corn that I ordered. The employee insisted that they put it in the bag implying that I was lying about carrots and ranch dressing. She then proceeded to tell me I could come and pick it up however, if that was an option, I would've never had food delivered to my house. Making an assumption that someone is lying is one thing but then saying there's nothing they can do if they don't pick it up is another. She then told me I had to call back and talk to another manager to get a refund for those items. But she was the Lead in charge? Why can't she refund those items missing? They always have a bunch of young people working at that location and they need to be trained on better customer service and how to communicate with adults! read more

The manager is extremely rude and condescending. And honestly the only thing I can say that came out good from this experience was the food. She was very rude off the bat and I am not quite sure why yet. But the employees were great!! also a very clean environment. One of the only places I trusted to eat at because I can see the kitchen. But honestly after this experience I think I will just find a new spot. read more

They close at 12, I ordered at 10:30, mind you I ordered 10 boneless wings and a drink, a 45 minute wait so I shrugged it off then the time kept getting pushed back 20 minutes everytime until the store closes, that store is full of lazy crewmembers and lazy managers 0 stars if I could same thing happened last night to read more

Ordered a bunch of wings for Super Bowl. Boy they were good . I have to say these are some of the best wings we've had. The service and food is excellent and the size of the wings are great. Definitely get my wings from this place. Best wings on the south end of town. read more

I love this place, I DoorDash and eat here regularly, I always have a great customer service experience and it's very much appreciated...

We ordered 50 wings at like 2 pm to be picked up at 6:30 pm, and they weren't ready until 25 minutes after our order time. When we ate them a few minutes later, they were SUPER dry. We weren't really bothered about the wait, but the wait and dryness made it not worth the money. They do have gluten free options, but for anyone wondering, there's no military discount. read more

super nice! short girl with red hair should be disciplined in some form, she talked to me like i was a child! i've never felt so disrespected i almost lost my appetite. food was good, especially the fries! the girl with black hair that handed out my order was very nice! read more

Soda machine was barely working, no carbonation. Told the staff and they shrugged their shoulders. The fries were cold and soggy, so drenched in oil the were not edible. the wings were extremely dry. It made no sense considering they were ready rather quickly. Wingstop has always been my go to wing place, definitely not this location. read more

I don't know about the negative reviews but I personally had good experience dining in to this location. Staffs are nice, the manager had really good customer service. They didn't messed up my order, and most of all the wings are fresh. I'm pretty sure if you had bad experience before they messed up your order or was taking too long for orders probably because they just opened and the staffs are still in training and as a customer sometimes we have to be patient. As I can see, they were trying they're best to serve us good and fresh food, and to improve their bad reviews. I'll comeback here once I crave again for chicken wings read more

If I could give NO STARS I WOULD !!!!! Where do I even start I kept giving this location so many chances even after they have messed up 3 of my orders ,after tonight I will not go back here again!!!!!! I'm now willing to make the drive to southgate !!! People safe ur time stay away from this location!! read more

Wingstop - This is our Oder of celery!! Not to mention my husband paid for extras sauce on my wings they taste like nothing !! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Fountain, Colorado

If i could give this place zero stars i would , i ended up waiting 30 minutes in a line of 3 people just for them to say that they are out of fries, not only that but the rolls are literal rocks hard AS SHIT, and still have the audacity to sell them . Had the nerve to say "you're back for the rolls huh" when we went to return them . The chicken is decent IF THAT on a good day. read more

Great food !!!! Staff is wonderful so many flavor Of wings you can't be happier the We're fast courteous and accurate Where can you really go wrong read more

I got an 8 piece combo, my fries were cold and old. Seemed like they were sitting there all afternoon. My bone in wings were drenched in grease and the garlic herb sauce. I just wanted lemon pepper dry rub and my original buffalo wings weren't even coated. They were drenched in the grease that was from my lemon pepper wings. read more

Tried again a year since the last time and this place still sucks. Terrible employees, zero customer service, orders are always wrong in some way shape or form. I started ordering what I don't want so that they send me food I do want because if I order a flavor I do want then I'm not going to get that flavor. Not surprised this place is still terrible and the employees and management are still the worst. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to BWW or literally just pick up any trash on the street and it will taste better. Management will take no action to make it better so just accept the fact that that it will never be good. Also the inside is almost always dirty so there's that. read more

Shut it down. BBQ sauce is gross Atomic is not spicy and disgusting Cajun smells and tastes like dirty laundry Mango habenaro is decent at best, the only edible flavor of my order. read more

I was very disappointed in their food. Several of the boneless wings were so hard and chewy . It was so gross both of us that ate or tried to eat had upset stomachs' afterwards. I will never eat Wingstop again. I did like the fries. read more

I placed my order early, assuming they would be very busy, given that it's Football Sunday and many big games are going on. That said, the food was ready when I requested, but when we opened it at home, which is just 6 minutes away, the food was not room temperature but legit COLD! I am guessing my food must have sat there for some time. It was so cold that I had to reheat everything, and the garlic/parm wings had hardly any parm on them. Fries reheated do not taste the best at that, and it was a huge disappointment! Maybe next time I will try to order just like 30 minutes before I need it but will not be risking that anytime soon. read more

We ordered food for dinner, my husband ordered a special Cajun fries but he got regular we both got regular and to be honest it doesn't matter if they got it wrong flavor because we were hungry and we just wanted to eat. But, the fries were freaking cold and soggy like it was sitting for f** hours in their store!!!! We didn't receive any drinks!!! We ordered combo!!!!! The wings were all dried!!!! We were so mad!! so please stop buying in this store waste of money!!!! I tried to call them so many time I was on the phone for couple of hours but no answers!!!! And hey they forgot the ranch too!!!! We tried calling them again the next day but guess what no answer!!!!! read more

Went to pick up my order and everything was ready and correct. The guy at the counter was friendly and asked if we were Cowboys fans bc my husband was wearing a Cowboys shirt, super nice and had great customer service skills. The food was hot and tasted just as I remember. I got the buffalo and my husband got the lemon pepper bone-in wings. No issues at all and I'd definitely return. read more

Asked for crispy fries. Got really soggy ones with no seasoning. Called, drove back to store. Manager even asked if they were crispy or soggy on the new ones. The guy said crispy but came out just like the first ones. Didn't want to go back for a 3rd time. The wings were so salty...even the Parmesan ones. We stopped eating them about half way through due to to salty. read more

My wings were due to take 18-23minutes I have been waiting 16 additional minutes past the 23 and still waiting... only ordered 15 wings and two fries...that was one of my worst experiences ever. Hopefully it improves I really enjoy some wings. read more

Slowest Wingstop I have ever been too. Waited over an hour for an order of wings. I will never go back to this location.

This wingstop is the WORST. I've been in about 4 times.... the staff is super rude most of the time, every time they have messed up my order. They credited me 8 wings for the last time they messed up my order and when I called to get them the manager said he was a new general manager and couldn't give me the wings even though they took all of my information down the last time so I could receive them.... go to the wingstop off south gate, literally have never had a problem with them. read more

I hate to have to leave such a bad review but this wing stop needs to step it up on their food and service. I waited almost 2 hours for my order and it wasn't even worth the wait. When I finally got my food, my wings were dry with barely any sauce on them. I was so disappointed because this is the second time I get really dry flavorless wings. So to all, save your time and money. read more

Why can't we pick where our food is ordered from? First time my lemon pepper wings barely had seasoning and they were drowning in grease. Second time, ice cold. This time delivered without ranch. So i called and waited for 4 minutes for someone to pick up and hang up. Then called back to speak to manager. They gave me the assistant manger and she just offered extra ranch next time i come in since they were out? So i asked for the actual manger to call me back and she hung up on me. This wingstop is a disgrace. Update: never received a call from the manager read more

This review is not a review on the food. The food was just fine. In fact quite good. But this is a review on the service. I put in an order online, at 6:30, and it said it would be about 45 minutes until it was ready. So I roll up around 40 minutes later, and the food wasn't ready. When I got there I waited another 45 minutes for my food. I know there is a worker shortage, but I saw quite a few people back there. But seemingly no manager. Quite a few people went through the same experience as me. They have a hashtag #itsworththewait, no its #notworththewait. 90 minutes for 16 wings? I doubt I will go back. I don't feel like rolling the dice when I am hungry. read more

Despite the low rating, I finally ordered from Wingstop in Fountain. Meara was pleasant and my order was timely. The garlic Parmesan and Mild Buffalo wings were amazing. The veggies were fresh and crunchy and the homemade blue cheese dressing was amazing!! read more

While the place is clean and the staff is nice, my order wasn't done properly. Missing items.

**DO NOT EAT HERE** The worst wing stop I've ever been to. I ordered thigh bites and traditional wings and everything was under cooked and soggy, even the French fries. I returned the food and wanted a refund but they refused to provide a refund without speaking to the district manager. The district manager never answered my calls or texts and I'm forced to eat remade food that is just as bad. Literally the worst establishment as far as food quality in the Springs. I would drive the extra 15-20 mins to any other wing stop location. read more

Want the slowest service ever? Come here. There are two employees who don't do anything and it looks like one comes in on his day off to mess around with everyone working. He's here hanging out literally doing nothing but hindering everyone's work performance. I've been here for 45 minutes waiting in an order and maybe 5 people who came in after me have already gotten there's. This place is trash and so are their employees. read more

Got there and the teenager behind the counter was just sitting on her phone telling her coworkers about the reviews and how bad they were and I see why service is shit and so is the food the fries taste like dirt as if they were cut and not washed. read more

i just got a 3 piece tender combo and i ordered ahead online. i walk in and the guy at the computer tells me they're bagging my order right now so it will only take a second. I end up waiting 40 minutes for them to "pack my order" i watched an entire ufc fight start to finish. i didn't have my phone on me so thank god for the big ass TV screen. I finally get frustrated cause i see so many people come in order food at the counter and get it before me, I go up to the girl and ask how much longer it's going to take. She said she'd go check on it and turns out it's been sitting on their shelf the entire time. I get to my car to eat a fry, as one does, and everything is cold. love that so much. Im never one to complain so that's why my stupid ass waited for that long but god damn Abba eye care is just the building over, maybe their staff needs to check it out cause that was just straight ridiculous. read more

I love wingstop... so much so I gave this location way too many chances to just get my order correct... and every single visit I'm more than disappointed. One order, they give me soggy fries with no ranch (which I paid for extra), the next order, I don't even get my fries or corn I ordered for... and every single time my wings are cold as if they've been sitting in the back for an hour. I am over this location. I would suggest you don't even attempt an order here unless you want to be upset. read more
