They never get the order correct. Always something missing. I usually catch it at the counter but this time I missed the wrong type of chicken. Ordered 3 extra crispy breasts, got two original and a thigh. She reassured me it was extra crispy but it wasn't. Too light in color, and soft. And again, they are out of fries. Ordered on Uber eats and Uber said it was ready. Came to pick it up and waited in line for 15 mins came to the window and the girl said what's your name told her I'm here for pick up and she goes food is not ready. Told me to go park in pickup parking and wait. It's 30 mins already. This place is a mess. The only nice thing about this dump is the guy that brought my food out. Came here a few months later, ordered and the girl told me to pull in the parking spot. The two cars behind got their food and left. Finally got my food, got home and my fries are missing. I give them zero stars. For the last 7 times I've come there they turned us away in the lobby after standing there for ten minutes. The manager look me in the eyes and walked away. Then had a newer team member tell us the lobby is closed for being short staffed. They had a family inside and a lady at the counter. The service here is suspect. It appears they choose who, when and how and even IF they serve anyone. Two ladies came up to the front door after I walked out and when I told them about the lobby being closed. They said that was the 5th time they'd been turned away. I know people are short staffed. But turning away customers during normal business hours in such an unprofessional manner is truly unacceptable. I hope they get fixed read more

Bad. Drive thru order. I waited 15 minutes because they said making my tenders fresh. Those tender definitely not fresh. Ordered mash potatoes instead of fries. Got fries. Biscuit was a hockey puck. They asked what sauce I wanted but didn't give me any. No receipt or I would have done the survey. Good move on their part not giving out receipts when the food and service are awful. read more

After a pretty bad experience, I can say they cleaned up their staff. Elaine was the mgr on duty, handled my credit from my previous bad experience, amazingly. She was polite, understanding and still able to do her job while helping me. Unlike the past mgr she wasn't hanging out in the parking lot!! Thanks again Elaine for great service!! read more

my fiancé ordered a spicy famous bowl and when we got there they said they didn't have the popcorn chicken for the famous bowl so we asked them "instead of the popcorn can we switch it out for the Nashville hot tenders" they said "Yes" when we got the food and got home they didn't even give us half the order and made everything wrong and they wanted to have an attitude on the phone. They need new managers and new workers bc apparently no one can do their job right there. read more

The cashier + team working 1/5/22 at 1:45pm did an amazing job. My family had a large order with modifications and the cashier was extremely patient and kind during the entire process. She also made sure we got the best deal for what we needed and we waited less than 10 minutes. Entire crew was also wearing masks which made us feel safer. Will return to this location! read more

We ate at this KFC Friday 30, 2021. Very good. They were very busy but place was clean and service was pretty fast. They had a lot of drive thru to serve . We dined in. Workers were friendly and helpful. Had not been here in over a year and was impressed. Chicken was good and so errr the mashed potatoes. Food was served very hot. Good selection of drinks. I don't usually leave reviews at a fast food restaurant, but this KFC was exceptional in food and service. I ordered at the order point and got a 3-piece chicken. I then realized I wanted another piece and did a no no and ordered an extra drum at the window. They were happy to oblige. My wife and I then parked in a spot off of the drive through line and proceeded to eat. Who I'm going to assume was the manager walked out and checked on us to make sure everything was all right. I'm going to assume she thought we were having troubles with our food. When she saw us eating she gave us a thumbs up and walked off. Exceptional experience. read more

The register automatically computes the change and yet they still get it wrong. Food is below average compared to other KFC locations. My wife and I decided to get some KFC instead of cooking; big mistake! We ordered two chicken pot pies, a chicken sandwich, and small potato logs. What we got was two chicken pot pies that were just shy of burned black, the crust was like a rock, then there was a wrapper that had a beat-up chunk of chicken, a slice of pickle, some sauce, and a bun in it, and in case you missed it, it was all in the wrapper, nothing on the bun, just like someone threw it all in the wrapper and wrapped it up, not close to a sandwich, and then there is what was supposed to be potato logs; more like burned rock strips! They were so bad my dog turned her nose and wouldn't touch them. So the $18 was thrown in the garbage and I ended up cooking anyway. This crap was from the KFC in Ft. Walton Beach, FL, (FWB), and this isn't the first time my wife and I have had issues with this place. One other one that stands out is an order we placed in the drive thru and one of the items was gravy and me and the wife could not believe it. The gravy cup with the lid on it had maybe a teaspoon of gravy! The cup and lid cost more than the damn gravy! That same order we wanted extra crispy and got burned around the edges. Several time items ordered at the drive thru were paid for but were missing. All of our orders are through the drive thru, maybe that's my mistake, but it shouldn't be! Bottom line, I will never again go to the KFC in FWB, and I highly recommend that everyone stay away. If you still want KFC and want to make the drive, about 10 miles to the west on Hwy98 in Navarre on the north side is a KFC, and in the years dealing with the Navarre KFC, we've had no issues. But it really sucks having to go 10+ miles out of the way if I'm already in FWB. Me personally, I guess I'll make my own fried chicken. My reason is that after contacting KFC customer service three times about this last incident, I got "zero" response! That tells me that KFC only cares about getting your money and not the quality of the food put out or any customer problems. For me, the lack of customer service is a big deal. If you have no customer service, you have no way of identifying and fixing problems. Ignoring the problems just makes them worse and you end up with people like me that will never go back and spend my money there. Make your own decision, but I highly recommend that everyone stay away from the FWB location to avoid what my wife and I got... $18 worth of garbage!
