Were rude, made us wait an hour on our food but a person they knew came in and their food was out in seconds, they forgot several items of food in our bag, the restaurant was dirty and unkept, all in all it was disgusting and they gave me attitude when I asked for the food I was missing, my friend went in to get a spoon and the girl at counter, who was taking orders on the headset in the bathroom by the way, yelled at him to wait, it's ridiculous and never have we been treated so rude by a fast food restauran, do better. read more

Sometimes you have to wait 2 hours on food, sometimes you wait 15mins. The food is usually good, but sometimes the chicken is very greasy and not done. It's really hit and miss. They always keep the place clean and the staff is usually friendly, it's just like the time management is off. read more

Waited 1/2 hour + for a plain chicken sandwich which ended up being wrong. Not sure how you could mess that up but it had everything. The whole purpose of ordering online is so you won't have to wait for the order. But this restaurant doesn't even look to see if there is an online order until you ask for it. Then you are put in cue as if you just ordered it. They never fill an order without at least a 30 minute or more wait. Do not recommend!!!!! read more

Came through the drive thru to get lunch for my family. We got two tender meals, a kids meal and a chicken sandwich. The tenders were great (the only reason this location gets two stars). However the chicken sandwich, the second bite taken out of it contained a long dark hair in the chicken breading. I'm usually pretty passive when it comes to stuff like that, just automatically assuming it's my own hair since I have long dark hair also. But it was embedded in the breading. This only tells me that health and safety is not taken seriously here. Not only that, we needed some ketchup for the kids meal so before pulling away we sat and waited for someone to notice we were still there. I order one the special order the Fill up box. I was given 6-8 pieces of chicken nuggets which I know was definitely too little. The chicken original was not cooked enough. Also the restaurant was way too hot inside that it was cooler outside. The woman who was take orders has very poor customer service and wasn't even able to pack out food but just take our orders. When she saw customers lining up she would not stop what she is doing and would help take orders when she is available. The cashier was rude and it took 23 minutes to get our order. Just drive on to Beckley or Summersville. You will get your food faster. I've tried multiple times over the last few years to give this place a chance, thinking maybe they just had an off day or were short staffed. But they've consistently taken 30+ minutes to fulfill an order and the food is not even fresh when received. Today, on Mother's Day I thought it may help to use the mobile app and order ahead of time. Since it was a large order, I expected to have to wait so I used the order tracker to plan out my arrival time. Once it said my order was ready I pulled to the window, but I was told it was still not ready and to pull up and wait. After 50 minutes from my original order time, my husband finally went inside to get the food. They are always like this, and are rarely busy. My husband and I have both worked in the food industry so we try to be patient and understanding but something is majorly wrong with this particular location. read more

The food is good But the service is terrible. I went through the drive thru and ordered. Since I was taking my granddaughter to the park to play and have a picnic I asked for some paper plates. The girl said no problem and then asked me to pull up and wait . I waited 20 minutes before the food came out. After checking the bag I had no plates, silverware or napkins. So I walked in to get some. As I was waiting at the counter another customer came in behind me. The girl walked up and started taking the order of the customer behind me. I figured maybe I had died and was now invisible so I asked if I was invisible. Never ate at the Fayetteville location before but it was very good. I got the 3 piece Nashville hot tenders and they where fresh and all chicken. No bunch of breading. Mash potatoes where good and it didn't take very long to get it and even tho we made substitutes it was correct. Service was friendly and dining room was updated and clean. I made an online order from KFC.com. When I arrived at the store I was told they had not received an online order. I showed the girl my online receipt , her response maybe another location. I showed her the receipt indicated Whitewater Ave the correct address , I also showed her where the $19 had came out of my account . She the gave me a number to grub hub,I told her I didn't order grub hub. She then gave me the number to corporate. She never offered if I would like to place another order, or if she could help me in any way. The worst customer service. I asked for the number to her district manager and she told me no. I walked out had paid $19 no food, and no apology. The manager that wears the red eye shadow needs a little customer service lesson. read more

I've written a review for this place too now it's gone. In my last review I stopped in here the place was dirty and when I went to eat my chicken it was raw. Since then the place is clean and they figured out how to cook the chicken lol. The staff look clean and are friendly. The good is great and cooked. It's become a great place to eat.
