I would have enjoyed hearing the history of the business and more from the event coordinators. I loved it! But I love catfish. The only thing that would have made it better was if it was whole and bone-in. The mac n cheese was made with a fusilli style pasta. The friend I ate with stated when they got wings from here in the past they were much bigger, so it's possible they only had small wings so they give double the order. The wings come with either Bleu cheese or ranch, I opted for the Bleu cheese like I always do. The Bleu cheese was very very chunky, there were huge pieces of cheese (which is good/bad based on your preference) Honestly, the two flavors tasted pretty identical, I could tell the difference in taste, but it was subtle.
