Chicken sandwich: Presentation - It could've been improved the first time I ordered it months ago. They fixed the presentation since then although the chicken breading is pale & soggy. There is a generous amount of chicken as well. Both buns are toasted and possibly buttered or at least brushed with oil. It still looks boring compared to other chicken sandwiches at restaurants that I've been to before. 3/5 Taste - The chicken itself is surprisingly tame. It's almost as if they use a completely different chicken recipe than the norm since there's seemingly no 11 herbs and spices here. Greasy & soggy. Just the right amount of mayo, but it does take over the entire sandwich as that's all you taste other than the hint of pickles. 3/5 Nashville hot tenders: Appearance: The size of KFC's "tenders" honestly scares me. I don't know what they're putting in these chickens to grow them this big. It's a meme at this point. One word can really describe this dish... messy. They literally come in a pool of oil. I had to pour it in the sink because it was so disgusting. I ended up pouring out 3/4 of a cup of oil. The tenders themselves are extra crispy and you can see the spice all over them. Once the oil is gone, they look great although they are extremely greasy so don't eat these if you're worried about getting your clothes dirty. For something to be advertised as spicy there isn't really a smell to them which is odd. 2/5 Taste - Can taste some spice, but not really hot. Sweet undertones. Slow mild burn in mouth. The slow burn moves down to your chest and can last for over 20 minutes. They are pretty decent in terms of taste and the chicken is will prepared, but the Nashville hot tenders just don't meet expectations. 3/5 Nashville hot chicken bowl: Presentation - I have to give credit when I restaurant manages to perfectly melt cheese and they did it here. The contrasting appearance of everything really makes it look fantastic. 5/5 Taste: I'm not a fan of Nashville hot... at least the way KFC makes it. In this particular item the Nashville hot is actually hot so it takes over the entire dish like a monsoon of spice. I usually like the bowls, but this one misses the mark. 3/5 Overall, this is an ok KFC. The food can be hit or miss & sometimes they mess up your order. When it hits, it REALLY hits, but most of the time it's just a middle of the road experience. The way they prepared the Nashville tenders was just plain unacceptable so hopefully they learn to not do that again as handing out cups of oil with every order is going to have the complaints racking up. Well I placed a mobile order. Got to restaurant & stood behind 2 gentleman placing orders. I realized that I was in the wrong line for mobile pick ups. I stepped over to the pick up side and waited patiently for him to finish up with the 2 gentleman placing orders. But No. He walked past me several times never once addressing my presence. He asked several times where his French fry was cause all he cared about was getting the guys order out. I'm paraphrasing. So I stepped back over to the ordering side. The tall black gentleman working the front with the blue/green iridescent earbud walked over to the mobile pick up area where he proceeded to stand another 4 minutes. Never once stepping back over to the register to address me. I reached around the mobile pickup area after 10 minutes of patiently waiting grabbed both my orders and my beverage. My daughter's oder was missing 2 mashed potatoes, they gave me those nasty fries we don't like and didn't order. My saucy nuggets were drowned in the wrong sauce. Considering that I couldn't even get a greeting, I definitely didn't want to wait for them to make my order properly. Let me ask, " What is the point of wasting one's time placing the order if the staff is going to give you what they want you to have anyways." This is sad. I won't be returning to this location. If your White don't bother they won't even speak to you. I understand that due to corporate greed we get inferior services and that's why they are closing their doors. If there was a way to give zero stars, that'll be way too many! They don't never have the food you order; the delivery person has to notify you that they don't have nothing you ordered; when you call them, the manager is a snob & be deflecting your comments like he don't want to answer your questions; he's a smart azz & then tell you that he don't do Ubereats or doordash when you never inquired about what he ordered. I went through the drive through and ordered Nashville hot chicken strips with coleslaw. The cashier was very friendly. I drove off to find kfc's just add water mashed potatoes as my side. I drove around and entered the store only to deal with an attitude emboldened individual who I'm assuming was the manager since she was the only one wearing the special red shirt. She made me wait 7-10 minutes to change the mash to coleslaw in a store that was not that busy. I'm a black man and hate dealing with my own. This is our go to KFC location only because it is close to where we live. The 5 dollar fill up with the chicken tenders dipped in barbecue sauce is our go to. This location gets three stars because some of the employees there are not as friendly as other places. Also, make sure you check your bag to make sure all your food is there because they have a history of forgetting some of your order. Also, we have had multiple instances of the fountain drinks tasting very acidic as if our drinks were not mixed properly. However, we never had a problem with the food. It's always hot and tastes like the typical KFC. read more

My husband just purchased two 2-piece meals for him and myself. The chicken breast is so sry you need water to swallow it. The mash potatoes taste like watered potato soup. I had been going there every other day because I work near. The other women had been real nice until 4/26/2018. She would raise her voice and say I know what you said and get angry because I told her thats not what I order. And leave the counter and say negative things from the back instead of just correcting the order. Now I know the customer is not always right. I come here when there is NO other choice. But the most disturbing thing is what inexperienced today.. Why was all the snow in the handicapped parking area unshoveled, as well as the walkway in front of the handicapped parking area ? A senior lady was coming out as I was going in. I asked where her car was and she pointed all the way to the end of the lot.( why isn't handicap parking near the door??!!!!. I helped her to her car when I noticed the huge pile of snow ( as though the snow was pushed there purposely!) . So I looked to the walkway which anyone parking there would have to use, and it hadn't been shoveled at all. Is this how we treat our handicapped and senior citizens. Whoever manages this place does a poor job in general but this takes the cake . I gave one star because only because it was open, NO OTHER REASON. The food sucks, the dining area always smells of urine for some reason, and the restroom is one step above using a port-a-potty. Close this place! read more
