Our ROMEO group went here today...first time. We didn't realize that any of the KFCs had a buffet service. So we traveled from NE Cola to Camden (actually passed the KFC in Lugoff on the way) and found out that the Lugoff KFC also has buffets! The Camden site was very nice. Clean, plenty of tables and a great assortment of food. They had crispy chicken, regular original chicken, chicken pot pie, fried squach, mash potatoes and gravy, livers and gizzards, greens, green beans, corn, black eye beans, mac n cheese, banana pudding, peach or apple cobbler and soft drinks...for about $14.29/person. Everything was very good with the only mentions about one of the guys thought the gizzards were overcooked and two complained about having no bananas in the banana pudding. (I think that may be a thing with buffets since bananas don't hold up very long if left out). Overall our rating was a respectable 8.75 on our ROMEO scale of 10...a 4 on the Yelp scale. read more

Yes, I gave a fast food joint five stars. I rate fast food based how they are to other fast food restaurants. First off, the place is nicely decorated and very clean even during the lunch hour rush. The workers are about as friendly as you'll find anywhere. In addition, they are quick to get your order to you. They have nice specials and the food is always hot and tasty. Can't say enough how much I like this KFC when I'm in this area. read more

The service was amazing all around! The young lady up front was very friendly and respectful. She's very good at her job. The food was amazing! I had gotten a chicken leg, fries and Korean BBQ nuggets. I'm typically not big on biscuits, it was so soft and tasted very good. This was possibly the best KFC food I have ever had. I ordered 2 fries with one meal and mashed potatoes with another. They put one thing of fries in each meal. Bullshit.

If you ever need to stop inn Camden, SC for lunch, go to this KFC. The buffet is exceptionally good. I've been to several KFC buffets before but this one is above the standard. The store is clean and well maintained. The buffet is well stocked and resupplied in a timely manner. The food is very good and freshly cooked. I don't usually post about franchises but this one took me by surprise. Well done! read more
