Cashiers were on their phones, who appeared to be the manager on duty walked past me more than once, and nobody said anything to me. I could see my ticket up where they load the bags just sitting there while other tickets were being worked. Finally, the man said "What you waiting on?" I told him that mobile order that I placed 20 minutes ago. He turns, tells the workers what to fix (Sausage McMuffin with Egg), they fix it, and he hands me the bag. No apology, no words, nothing. Oh well, after several good experiences, I chalked it up as they were just having a bad day. A few days later, I went for lunch. Again, I figured it could not happen twice...right? I pulled up and submitted my order on the mobile app for two McChicken sandwiches. Other people coming and going...workers bringing other people's food outside. After 20 minutes, I cancelled my order through the app. So this time, they had not even started on my order and I sure was not going to walk in. We immediately decided not to place an order because her demeanor gave us zero trust in the quality or safety of the food. I'm not going to risk eating something prepared by someone who clearly doesn't care about customer service or basic decency. If this is the kind of person being put on the front line to represent your business, it says a lot about your management and hiring standards.
