Worse place to order a supreme pizza. Only veg was bell peppers. The pizza hadn't been cut properly into slices and we had to cut with knife. That was just an inconvenience. Go elsewhere for better service and pizza. read more

Lady was very rude, to me and the poor worker. AND they wouldn't let us order parmesan cheese and ranch?? We waited 30 minutes when we were told 5 minutes. read more

I wish I could give no stars. The manager on duty Gail was very rude and hung in my face. Upon calling back, another person answered and I heard Gail stating in the background "that's him calling back" I asked the gentleman who the manager was. He stated I'm not sure. After telling him I just heard Gail say what she said, he gave the phone to her. I'll never return to this location! Hire people who actually value their job and the quality that your customers want. The photo attached is what I received! There wasn't even a covid sticker on the pizzas I ordered. She said we don't have anymore. read more

Sad to say i had to stay at a hotel and i call the store and they said... carry out or delivery ? I say delivery... they tell me that they are closed! Wtf!! Great service guys.. thanks for nothing ... heard everyone in the store yelling no... even using "f*** no". Nice to know what Pizza Hut is about... it not about the customer read more

New building as of late 2010. Comfortable seating area. Sit down table service, lot of TV sets. Lunch pizza buffet around $6.00. A bit above the standard Pizza Hut, but table service varies greatly from visit to visit. Update dec 2013: table service is now consistently bad. read more

Pizza hut has great pizza but this particular location has horrible service. They are super slow, always under staffed,? And the ones that are there act like it is a drudgery to help you. As much as I like the pizza, I'm not going to this location. read more

Thanks for the 1.5 hour wait, cold pizza and lack of marinara for my mozzarella sticks. You need to change the oil you fry these in. Tastes like death. Should've known better... read more

Your run of the mill Pizza Hut, expect greasy food, high prices and unfriendly employees. Don't get me wrong, if you can afford it, and stomach the grease, then this place will do just fine for you. Best part of the dining area is the cleanliness, and the abundance of televisions to keep you occupied while you wait on your order. Don't expect anybody to get in any kind of hurry either. read more

I can understand being busy, but I'm not into paying for cold pizza that I could just go to walmart and cook in my oven and have taste far better! They had no silver ware, fresh food. Service was horrible. They could sell the buffet for a quarter and I wouldn't want to return! read more

The sauce is too salty or something, cause everytime I eat pizzahut pizza I get heartburn really bad make me think I'm having a heart attack. Pull some of the salt out and it would b great, because mind you the toppings have salt too so after getting the toppings on there with salty ass sauce that's too much. Fix it! read more

I have tried to order pizza twice for my cousin who lives in Brookhaven behind KDMC and Pizza Hut refused to deliver. Why because the address does not come up. The last time I asked to speak to the manager who refused to talk to me. I guess they don't need the business and I will NEVER order there again. read more

Cmon people get it together! Went on a Saturday for takeout and while I waited 20 minutes for my order, two thirds of the tables sat dirty with no less than eight visible employees. One young lady made six trips to clean one table over a fifteen minute span. The buffet bar which was closed was filled with crumbs etc.....Inexcusable. The lady who took my order was very nice as was another lady checking on me. Pizza was so so. Quite greasy. Thought it was bad before the remodel. Not much has changed. read more

I've placed orders online several times before and twice at this place....the first time the delivery was over 20 minutes late and I gave them the benefit of doubt that they didn't deliver in this area much. So I gave them another try today...well they were just 10 minutes late this time. ...I ordered the Chocolate chip cookie pie, it was burnt on the bottom. ...I ordered wings with blue cheese dipping sauce in the additional instruction section because I couldn't find a place to order it... ..got da wings no sauce. .. called da store, the young lady pull my order up tell me I had to order it , DUH!!! I guess by me putting it in da additional instruction space mean I didn't want it....so she asked if I wanted them to send another cookie out....which I started to say b no, but I got to thinking I paid for it and responded yes....don't think I'll be ordering from here again. ... well they bring my cookie back the delivery guy says I owe them $1.07 for da sauce. ..I didn't tell them to send da sauce. ..and he asked for the burnt cookie back.... read more

I don't really understand why this place can't get it right. They basically serve one thing that is easy to make and should be consistent. It's not so much the food, but the service. It's awful and always has been. Good thing they added the TVs when they remodeled, because you certainly have time to catch up on your favorite shows or watch a game. The employees here could care less if you have to wait, need a refill, or if your order is correct. Most of the time, one waitress is all they have for the whole place. Don't waste your time here unless you want to waste your time. The Brookhaven Pizza Hut continues to disappoint, and I've been coming here off and on for over 30 years. read more

Forget it! it took 2 hours and 3 phone calls and still no pizza delivery. On my last phone call they tried to blame me saying it was carry out order when I had my online confirmation of delivery time 6:11 and a $2.50 delivery charge! by the way 7:24 and no pizza : called Dominos and had a pizza within 30 minutes at my door! Go Dominos! read more

Pizza Hut Brookhaven. Hmmm what to say ... well inside service sucks unless you want to wait between 30 mins to an hour +. However, I've ordered online probably 2 dozen times and it's always ready in 15 minutes and my order has been wrong only once. read more
