I was pleasantly surprised to find that this establishment is a smaller one, and not a fine dining restaurant. Since it's a bit smaller, you can see the food being cooked for you behind the counter. I love the fact they you can choose to have a heavier version of F&C with a grilled fish or seared and baked with veggies. I wish I could give it a 4.5/4.75 starts only because there doesn't seem to be a restroom for customers(would rather my hands not smell like fish) and you have to pay $1-2 for condiments. I fearsomely feel like ketchup or tartar(at least ONE) condiment should be complimentary, but I'm not going to dock a star because I'm a little cheap.
