So we went together last Friday. What a pleasant surprise! The wings were fantastic. Keep in mind that these are boneless wings, so all meat! And they're the "good kind" of boneless chicken that's real meat rather than the reconstituted "nuggets" that many places serve. Cooked perfectly and the breading on them was enough to be tasty and to hold the sauce but not so much that you cant find the meat. What else was notable about the food experience? The fries!! They were notably superior. Lots of fries on the order, a good size, and not over-cooked. They also have a decent selection of beers on tap and the pint I ordered was only $7.49, which is pretty good for the area. The service was also top-notch. We were seated right away our server Todd was at the table within the first minute. He was pleasant and sociable and it was very obvious that he wanted our experience to be a good one. He took our orders, answered our dumb questions with a smile, and was quick with service. All throughout the meal he kept checking on us and was quick with the "next beer" and in keeping the table cleared. What a great difference to feel like you're truly welcome and your experience matters, unlike other places where I often feel like I'm more like an inconvenience to waiting staff. She stared at me with doleful eyes, refused to smile, asked questions in the most succinct way possible which often made the question hard to interpret and responded with mono-syllabic answers. I was tempted to tell her: If you hate your job, find something else. However, good manners (on my side) won out and I managed to suppress my irritation with her very poor customer service skills. 2) The restaurant was cramped and dirty. Of interest, there was a survey-computer right by the cash. I ordered, took one step back to wait and there was the survey booth. The people serving you can see what you enter. Seems like a bit of psychological bullying to put that where it was. I filled it out and told them service sucks. But that was a bit of a ****-you moment for me with that store. (Do they all place their surveys in that type of spot? Bad A&W if they do!). Of interest, the restaurant was packed to the brim - we had a hard time finding a table. So I guess no one else minds the crappy service. Oh well. Would I recommend: No. I think there are other places in Belleville one can go for similar food at a similar price with better results. Would I return: This was my elderly mother's choice. If she wants to go there again, I will - but I'll try to provide alternatives first. :-)

It was as good as any KFC anywhere, and I have been anywhere and back a few times. Tables and washroom were clean. Atmosphere was pleasant.
