Today a staff member went an extra length of effort to make sure my food was fresh. Thanks KFC!

The BEST Nashville hot chicken! We stopped here on our way to Gatlinburg, TN. A bit off the highway…read morebut worth it! Not your chain restaurant, this chicken is the real deal - made to order, made with love and made spicy. Chicken was juicy, cooked to perfection and the hot oil was flavorful without being too greasy (cue drool emoji). I got the mild version and my husband got medium. Both had a delicious chili flavor and packed a lot of heat. The owner took our order, made our food and brought it out. He was so friendly and gave us a little background on the place. Great experience and the perfect way to start our trip to TN!

The staff is amazingly friendly. I have been hearing about this place and even though I had dinner already, I had seen that they will make you a single chicken tender. So I decided to give it a try. Now let me say that I am a huge fan of hot chicken. I have tried most of the places in Nashville and am always looking for new places to try hot chicken. In addition to hot chicken, they have multiple other food, so they should have something for everyone. I would be interested in trying their hot chicken potato. Which is a huge baked potato build with chopped chicken prepared in various heat levels. As for my rating, I was between giving them three stars and four stars. I would have to say the food is more three stars, at least the little bit that I had, but the overall experience was four stars.

September 8, 1:50pm…read more We met 2 other couples(who recommended this place) for a late lunch and I was excited to try a different pizza place. We like planning on meeting before or after any lunch rush. We go inside and there's one person at the counter talking to an employee and a few people were leaving. That left the 6 of us as their only dine in customers. I skimmed over the menu and picked the personal super supreme. All but one of us ordered personal pizzas, and the only different type was a large 2 topping. A few of us ordered super supremes but one was supposed to be on a thin crispy crust(trying to watch carbs). After waiting about 20 mins, the waitress cones out with one and already seems confused but sat the pizza in front of a guy in our party. He is being polite, as he's the only one with food in front of him. About 5 mins later, another exact same kind came out(mine). So now there's 4 ppl still waiting. No biggie. Right? Anyways, the 2 couples who recommended the place said that has never happened before. It was about 15 mins from the first pizza to come out to the last large 2 topping. I was going to wait until everyone got their pizza too, but they all told me to go ahead. And you don't have to tell me twice! I included a pic of my personal pizza and it fed me twice. They put a ton of toppings on it and it only costs $14. I took half of it home. We didn't make a big deal about the pizzas coming out one at a time. We just figured that maybe they only had one oven on. None of us were in any type of hurry. My husband never got his thin crispy crust and one of the pizzas was supposed to leave off the pineapple(which I didn't realize, came on the super supremes, and is delicious!) I just felt that there was a lot of miscommunications happening and glad there wasn't other tables to add to the confusion. I had to try those funnel cake fries. They didn't disappoint either. Might've been a little too greasy, but brought back some childhood memories of the fair. I like them in stick form too. They were easy finger food to share. 3 stars, should be 4 though. That $14 personal 10 inch super supreme is a good value when you're stuffed halfway through and take the rest home for later. Our server was nice enough but there was too much confusion with who gets what. I'm retired from F&B and it would be easy to have a numbering system when taking orders so that the waitstaff doesn't have to start auctioning food. They should come out of the kitchen and know exactly where to put the food. It's a small restaurant and if you need help teaching your staff a numbering system, I'd be happy to help. It will cost you a pizza though. Just contact me and I can give you a quick run down. I don't offer my services free to anyone, but I don't like complaining unless I have a solution.

Just trust your GPS as it takes you right there without any drama. Parking is plentiful with a row adjacent to the building as well as another row across a traffic lane. There was a handicapped space right in front of the entrance door. There is one step up to a sidewalk that runs the length of the building. I did not see a ramp but that is not the fault of the restaurant. Walking in there are several tables with seating for about 40. The ordering counter is in the rear. There is a relatively easy to follow and read menu above the counter. We were greeted as we came in and the workers were both friendly and helpful in making and assembling our selections. The gyros wrap was filled with a good amount of meat along with veggies and your choice of tzatziki or ranch sauce (get the tzatziki). The chosen side was a diced cucumber salad with an oil and vinegar dressing. I knew I was making the right choices as the person assembling the meal was very encouraging. The gyros pita was just as complete as the wrap and fries were selected as the side. The gyros meat was cooked perfectly and not dry at all. It was very flavorful and there was plenty in the wrap. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the tzatziki sauce was the perfect addition. The diced cucumber salad was crisp and flavorful, especially with the oil and vinegar dressing. The pita was as good as the wrap and the fries were cooked perfectly with a crisp outside and softer inside. They also had seasoning with made them flavorful without any condiments. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and highly recommend stopping in. We will certainly add this to our meal stop any time we are in the area.
