There's another counter where you get to select the chicken that you want. I found that the chicken was super moist and crispy. The honey biscuit was off the chart probably one of the best things I've had in a long time. If you want more chicken, you probably have to special order it because the way they put it out for display; They only do a couple of pieces at a time I think just due to the volume that they see of customers.
