You can be sure that any missteps by prosecutors and law enforcement will be uncovered and Mr. Weintraub & Mr. Alper will fight to get you the outcome you deserve. Without going into too much detail about my particular case, I had two other co-defendants with different attorneys representing them: one facing 33 months - outcome 33 months, another facing 24 months - outcome 24 months. Me, being represented by Weintraub & Alper could have been facing upwards of 27 months. Well... I received 6 months. Same case, same judge, same offense code. These gentlemen worked diligently to get me every advantage once we stepped inside the courtroom. One last important point I need to express; the relationship and respect between a defense attorney and the prosecuting attorney is so underrated. My attorney spent a great amount of time developing a great working relationship with the government's attorney and, in the end, I believe it had a significant role in his (the prosecutors) courtroom demeanor. When you are essentially putting your life/freedom into a stranger's hands, why would you choose any other law office than one with proven results over many years.
