I came back on Monday and a different man was there. He worked on it also for about a hour. Then he said already to go and handed me the key. I went out and pushed the unlock the door button. Yep, the doors unlocked and locked. I then went to try the hatchback and there wasn't any button to push. My 4-button key was now a 3-button key. Tried the panic button and it didn't work at all. Now I have a key that does not work right. $173.00 for a half working key. Not happy.

The guy came to my house with credit card, and when he found out the deadbolt was locked, he called a backup, and the solution was to drill my deadbolt lock for an additional $180. $30 alone just for showing up, whether they could get anything done or not. If drilling out the lock was the only solution they knew, I could get a tool from Home Depot or Lowe's for a lot less. Totally amateurs.
