BUT, the door open buttons and lock the doors, and the hatchback and panic buttons did not work. After a hour of trying he could not get it to work. He said come back on Monday. I came back on Monday and a different man was there. He worked on it also for about a hour. Then he said already to go and handed me the key. I went out and pushed the unlock the door button. Yep, the doors unlocked and locked. I then went to try the hatchback and there wasn't any button to push. My 4-button key was now a 3-button key. Tried the panic button and it didn't work at all. Now I have a key that does not work right. $173.00 for a half working key. Not happy.

Their best solution was for my parents to leave their car and walk home if they need to. (My parents are 72 and 70 years old and they live 13 miles away from where they were stranded.
