He is possibly the most knowledgeable doctor I've ever dealt with; he's to the point, confident in his abilities, and runs a tight ship with his staff and offices (the other one is in Orland Park by the mall). He performed two surgeries, one on each of my heels, and that spelled the end of the problems. He came in on the day after Christmas in 2000, when the office was closed, to do my post-surgery followup. While we were there, my mom asked him about the problems she'd been having with her thumb including the recent surgery done by some arrogant prick doctor who just made it worse. He wanted to do an ultrasound on her thumb; he did, and told her exactly what the hand doctor had done wrong. Mind you, he's a foot doctor and this was his day off... The guy just has a passion for what he does, and it shows. Highly recommended.

I expressed that I did not want to spend money on inserts if not necessary but again was told that my insurance would cover it. The inserts were ordered and no one bothered to call me to let me know that insurance would not cover and to ask my permission to order anyway. I was never informed until I received a $430 bill. Upon inquiry, I was told that the Dr. had discounted $250 so the $430 would stand. This was my first visit and my last. I cannot recommend this facility. I've never written a poor review before but I am beside myself with this hefty bill and the lack of communication.
