They provided me with clear instructions for their tenant placement services, and the fee was extremely reasonable for the personal services provided. They were the winner hands down! I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by this company. What should have been a…read moresimple AC repair turned into a 3- week-long nightmare. During that entire time, I felt like my concerns were being ignored and that there was no real urgency to actually fix the problem. What makes it even worse is how I was treated when I finally complained about the situation. Instead of trying to understand my frustration or work toward a solution, I was spoken to in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Michelle was the person who answered the phone, and the way she spoke to me was completely unacceptable, especially considering I had already been waiting six weeks for my AC to be addressed. Ironically, after I complained and pushed the issue, I was finally told that the AC will be fixed tomorrow. So apparently it was possible to get this resolved all along. I understand that repairs can take time and that issues happen, but 6 weeks with poor communication and then being treated disrespectfully when I expressed my frustration is not acceptable customer service. I would strongly encourage management to look into how customers are being treated and how repair requests are being handled. I hope my experience is not what other customers have to go through.

He offered to be my singular source of contact and to secure a superior quality of renter for my 'home'. He is very experienced and soft spoken but strong armed. I took his recommendations and got the whole house painted, got new carpeting, resurfaced cabinets and pressure washed etc. I had a renter within 2 months of this process. (The only thing is Nobel Real Estate wouldn't lower the 'expenditure without approval' to below $850, so... ) I am really pleased with Simon.

After that, I went to another broker and got pre-approved almost immediately. I qualified for the home without any problems. All I can say is that they were not very professional. In my opinion, Simon seemed focused only on money. I felt that he was trying to earn commissions from both sides. When I decided not to use his broker, my offer was not accepted, and I was told that another offer had been accepted instead. That was my experience, and it left me feeling that my interests were not the priority.

I Would Give Zero Stars If I Could -- Beware…read more This property manager handled my property for over four years, and I regret not paying closer attention. While I was caring for my sick family member, she'd smooth things over whenever something went wrong -- which was almost every month -- by reversing her management fee or covering a handyman bill. I mistook that for good service, but it was really a way to keep me from noticing the deeper issues. She was often over 30 days late with rent payments and once missed three full months entirely, always with a new excuse -- wrong routing number, vacation, etc. After hiring a new professional property manager, I learned she never met the tenant, or did a walk through, ignored maintenance and safety updates, and was completely hands-off. She left the lockbox on the door with the new tenant there. My tenant said she'd been trying to reach her for weeks without a response. She manages over 250 properties, and I know I'm not the only unlucky one who didn't receive the standards of a true professional. She'll likely respond to this review with another excuse or a lack of accountability, pointing to her many "happy clients." Be careful -- I was one of them too, until I saw how deeply manipulative and neglectful her management really was.
