From start to finish this experience was horrible. Mitch does not take responsibility for anything that goes wrong. My "4 week $24,000 job" turned into an 8 month $45,000 nightmare. His so called best of the best sub-contractors leave much to be desired. At the end of this horror I'm left with soft close drawers that don't close properly and a leaking faucet. His best sub-contractor told me he's not not adjusting the hinges because it would take too long. He told me to tell Mitch to get the guys that installed them. He also tried to convince me that all arched faucets drip, that's the way they're made now. Mitch tried to take shortcuts throughout this project that looked horrible. Now he has the nerve to show photos of my kitchen and take credit for it. My kitchen turned out nice in spite of Mitch not because of him. If he's showing you photos of a white and gray kitchen, it's not his doing. RUN, don't walk away from Keystone Kitchens. read more

We feature three grades of cabinetry; GOOD, BETTER, & BEST; a kitchen for every budget. Whether the you are looking for a full kitchen remodel, updating only your cabinets and countertops (granite, quartz, mica), or refacing cabinets, we offer what you need at reasonable prices. I also supply choices in sinks, faucets, and tile for backsplashes & flooring. I don't have sales people so my costs are low. You can use your contractor or mine. I have over 30 years of experience in the cabinetry/carpentry business. I provide my services to homeowners as well as contractors. History

Established in 1990.

We manufacture our own Keystone Custom Cabinetry, from Mahogany to Walnut and every wood species in-between in either framed, frameless, or inset construction. We distribute cabinets, factory direct, for two different cabinet manufacturers; KitchenCraft Cabinetry (frameless) and AristoKraft Cabinetry (framed). Both available in Cherry, Maple, Birch, Oak, Hickory, and Thermofoils and manufactured in North America with a four/five week delivery time. We also distribute from Keystone Wood Specialties cabinet doors, drawer fronts, veneers, component parts, and moldings used in cabinet refacing.These are manufactured in North America with a three week delivery time.

Meet the Manager: Mitch G.

Mitch was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. After serving 3 years in the military with the 25th Infantry Division, Mitch went home to continue his Home Remodeling education. Mitch comes from a family of construction. His dad was a Master Carpenter and had his own home improvement company for many years. That is where Mitch started his training. Mitch also attended Berk Trade School for Plumbing/ Heating as he worked as a finish carpenter for a kitchen cabinet manufacturer. Mitch also attended Kingsborough Community College for Business Management, Dale Carnegie School for Effective Speaking & Human Relations, training and seminars from NKBA to Tom Hopkins. Mitch has been designing kitchens for over 20 years with great success and over 30 years in the kitchen remodeling industry. Planning a new kitchen remodel is 2nd nature to Mitch. From start to finish, they literally were the best experience out of all the contractors I used during my kitchen renovation project. I stopped into Roma just because I was in the area. ( I live out east on L.I. And my son lives in Bohemia). I did a google search because I figured there had to be a granite store somewhere close. ( I was doing renovation using Lowe's which I had no complaints, you just can't pick out the actual stone to be used) The reason I was looking was to see what other options I had in tends of counter tops and because I really wanted to choose and pick the exact stone that would be used and how it will be cut. With Lowe's, you only see the sample in the store and hope for the best. I walked into Roma and that's when I met Lisa. She was so welcoming and helpful with my questions. I felt really comfortable with them. We walked the lot looking at remnants and then the full slabs, and I found exactly what I wanted. From measuring to install, everything was extremely smooth and stress free. And the pricing I felt was great as well! I was even able to go into the shop, look at my 2 slabs and then with Lisa, we taped out exactly where I wanted the stone to be cut and used for each section. This was very exciting!! Installation day was awesome as the crew came, they needed 4 guys to get my beautiful 60x108" island top into the house, lifted and placed. They were amazing! Also, we had found this beautiful piece at another store (f & d) that we wanted to use behind the oven as an accent. She gave me an amazing price to pick up the stove, cut it and get it installed! While we had no issues during the process, shortly after the floor was sinking in multiple places. The contractor returned and placed a saddle in one area. Saddles were included in my contract (two separate contracts one for materials and one for labor), so we had paid for both even though they initially didn't use saddles. There was no refund given for the unused materials and work that was never done. They returned again to "lift" the kitchen subfloor. At this point they had to remove the new LVP, so they used our warranty to replace the flooring. The floor continues to sink in multiple areas. They suggested placing multiple saddles throughout my floor. They claimed the floor manufacturer said I needed them, so I don't know why I wasn't told or why it wasn't done during the initial installation. I asked when they open the floor and see the subfloor is unlevel would they do the honorable thing and return my money to me so I can have my floor repaired. I was told the subfloor is level and we are no longer discussing it. They hold no accountability. On top of all of this, they have photos of my home including personal information of where we live, personal details of our family and refuse to take it down. What customer ever wants this!? They have now blocked me on social media, and fail to communicate responsibly. All I would like is the money returned to me for the flooring that is now garbage because they have to take it apart to level underneath, the money paid to do the work that wasn't done correctly, reimbursement for what was paid out but never used. This is a major inconvenience to have to go through construction again. This has been dragged out too long, own up to your mistakes and Do the right thing. be warned and stay far away from this company.

He should be arrested. He's an unprofessional, dishonorable, man-child, pretending to be a True Veteran. The squeaky tantrum he threw on our property says it all - screaming at us, the customers, that "we can't get our way" because we refused to hand him another bank check without seeing our cabinets and a checklist first after he unexpectedly CLOSED his business with our 95% paid retainer, was weeks late delivering them, never came to re-measure, never updated records, paperwork or layout was ridiculous!! His mismeasured poor layout caused us damage, $$$ & unnecessary work. Spiteful, evil thief, didnt care at all he destroyed and disrupted a sick child's home! Some Veteran you are! Should of retired a LONG time ago instead of ruining peoples lives! Complained the entire 3 month period about answering ANY questions because we didn't want to use his sub-contractors with their overinflated prices. Mitch designed my bathroom so that it extended to the complete length of the kitchen wall and added a linen closet. The new flooring is great. skid free and went over my original floor which saved time and demo. He also built a laundry area with 2 wall cabinets and a bar in between for hanging clothes that cannot go in the dryer. Space saver for me. Now other closets can be used for original purposes. read more
