We busted the garden during early open. The grounds were very well maintained and super beautiful. We like the signage around with all the info and loved that we were able to venture into the wetland area. The garden is dog friendly and offered pet waste areas.

Tucked amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy city. We went during late winter and it was charming in its own way. I bet this place is spectacular during spring and early summer. Definitely will come back to do more photo shoots during the summer.

Very beautiful mini detour. Approximately 30-45 minutes walk around the entire garden with cactus, flowers, and many other plants.

We had our wedding here. It was lovely, and the wedding coordinator was great in working with us on the price and our schedule. There was plenty of space for about 100 people and we had the ceremony in front of the fountain, with the dinner and dancing under the gazebo. Excellent price and if you want an outdoor venue with AC in the restroom, this is your place! You can drink alcohol as security is included in the rental price for a wedding w/reception. There's a back gate where catering can be delivered. Clean up is your responsibility but with planning it's no big deal. I love El Paso and this is about as natural desert a setting as you can get and still be a garden. The gardens are beautiful in spring! Go check it out on a weekend or have an event here, you'll like it.

When we began looking around for venues, the minute we spoke with John and Ruben, we knew we had found our location. To begin with, John and Ruben are kind, lovely men, who genuinely want to make your event perfect. Honestly, absolutely everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. The entire process of planning was so easy. John and Ruben made every effort to accommodate us in every way to make it the most special day for us. They were always quick to respond, making communication simple. All aspects of the contract were clearly explained, and the timeline / due dates were easy to follow. We held our reception in the stunning, tastefully designed intimate and warm hall, as we only had around 50 people. The table settings were gorgeous, the drinks were perfect, and the plated meals and their presentation were outstanding. I love that The Copper Fountain's packages include the linens, plates, silverware, glassware, gratuities, and other fees - we did not have to stress about a thing! For our ceremony, we were married on the patio. During the reception, the staff was amazing and kind to everyone, and treated us like royalty. Our friends and family raved for weeks about how incredible everything was, saying it was the perfect mix of class and unpretentiousness. Even my 10- and 5-year-old nephews raved about the food, and that is saying a lot for picky eaters! I cannot recommend this venue, and all the staff, enough. I wish we could host more events there! A million thanks to John and Ruben for giving us an unbelievable day, and memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

This place ended up being a one stop shop. In the package price we were offered: table linens, place settings to include: plates, silverware and glasses, an area for photos, lighting to match the colors of the wedding, access to a sound system, a DJ, security, a bartender to make cocktails with liquor we brought it, frozen pina coladas right after the ceremony for guest to enjoy while the room was transitioned, unlimited soft drinks & tea, servers, and much more. It was important that we bring in our own food, cake and table decorations. Jaime allowed all of that and set up a buffet with all of our own food. I hired addition servers from the venue for a great price to pick up dirty plates and refill drinks at the tables. Jaime did everything in his power to have our event go off without a hitch, and I am very pleased with the service the he and his team provided. I highly recommend this venue. It is clean, spacious and classy. There was a small room that wasn't a bathroom where my daughter could change and get ready. The bathrooms have multiple toilets not just one. Other venues we looked at in the same price range, only offered one toilet. The outside of this venue offered parking in both front and back. We are very thankful and blessed that we had our very memorable event at this location. You can trust Jaime and hIf you need a spacious, clean and classy venue on a budget, you won't find anything better than BELLAGIO.

When you book this venue you create a family you never knew you needed. My wedding coordinator was Maria. She not only put my husband's and my needs first, but was so organized and made the process so seamless. I had noooooo idea what I was doing but she was there to guide me every step of the way. Then you have Benir who is in charge of the food and bakery. My husband was in charge of selecting the food and the cake and they instantly hit it off. She kept the process of selecting the food and cake fun and easy. She designed our cake for us because we had no idea what we wanted it to look like. It was awesome and tasted even better! Last but not least there is Frank, our DJ that helped us by putting everything together from the lights, to the ceremony, to the music. Frank and Maria make the best team. The way the music and the lights made the tent dance and come to life was unforgettable. If I could describe the tent it was as if it was dancing with us. Frank and Maria felt like family and made our wedding so special. Thank you guys for everything. I would say let's do it again, but I only plan on getting married once!

We then decided to cancel the venue and get married closer to where I live so my grandfather could be there. We reached out to the venue instantly. We expressed our understanding that we canceled so we were at their mercy. However, we would appreciate if we could get a portion of our money back for our wedding (not a full refund because again, we understand how these things work). They aggressively said no and went on a tangent. Now if we canceled a month before the wedding, I would be more forgiving of this behavior. However, we canceled almost a year out and they refuse to show any decency for our situation. Life deals bad cards sometimes and it's unfortunate that we were forced to cancel but it's saddening to know that there are people out there that can take so much money from a young couple that's fallen on hard times and not think twice about it. We don't have much. A small refund would have helped immensely. TLDR: If you book with this venue. Don't do it too far out because if something bad happens and you have to cancel, you will not be met with grace. No matter how far out your cancelation is..

Beautifully decorated hostess stand area with flower bouquets and all kinds of floral accents. Getting to this entrance was a bit of a hassle with either finding parking that's not too far on the streets or waiting in a bit of a line for valet. At least valet is included with your ticket that you purchase in order to attend any of their events. This night also had one complimentary glass of wine, red or white. I went on their Italian night themed events, which included an endless serving of pasta that you mix and match on these cards they give you. Each time you finish a plate, you can get another card and pick your next combo. It does take a while to finally get your next plate though, so you may want to anticipate that. I highly recommend their alfredo or bolognese sauces! I wasn't a fan of their pesto nor their vegetable pasta, which proved to be a veggie based pasta. We ended up being on the 2nd floor which served to be a bit of a hassle for either waiting on food or retrieving your self serve salad or dessert, which were downstairs. We made our way down for some antipasta and decided to hold off on bringing up desserts because we didn't want to crowd the table. Well, we soon found out that we should have grabbed it while the taking was good... meaning, all those lovely looking desserts that we saw at the beginning were absolutely GONE. We got lucky that they happen to bring out these other random finger desserts like a blondie or lemon tart or small cuts of cheesecake. So that was a bit of a bummer. You will definitely get a kick out of touring the manor as they had multiple different themed rooms. I absolutely ADORED their bridal themed one and they had this killer Chinese New Year one. Best part was their apparent "secret tour" which led you upstairs to a third floor where they had a billiard and bar lounge. Supposedly it's a bit haunted too so the employee who brought us up there said he never goes up there by himself. Neat right?! lol Highly highly recommend this experience! Just make sure you take head all my advice for parking, nabbing desserts ahead of time, and anticipating your next round of pasta! so get a table downstairs basically lol.
