We still notice its past history of stains, but it is an improvement. This company's lack of customer courtesy is beyond awful. Sometimes one slab was two small for my job or too expensive for my budget, but he didn't mind continuing to quote others as I found them. Once my slab was selected, every other representative from the template person (David), fabricator, (Serge); whom I met in person to decide my layout, to the installers (Harley) and sealer (Dallas) were in touch to confirm when they would arrive to confirming my satisfaction. I even received a follow up call from a person named Tim, whose title I'm sorry I didn't get, to ensure I was satisfied with the installation of my countertops. When we initially asked what our overages would look like she would shrug and say "like nothing not even anything" so it came as a surprise it was $1500 more at the end. The guy who does the measurements real nice, the guys who did the install, also nice. Deb- stay far away. The trip charges, the chipped unfinished edge, and the snake that is Deb all scream 'head down the road' to me and that's what I'm going to do for the next 15 kitchens we need stone for... yep, they knew we had more projects and we were still treated like this.

None of the projects were easy or conventional. Art and his partner Mike understood exactly what we wanted and manifested it to pure perfection. The kitchen cabinets we wanted, involved finding authentic barn wood. I thought I was going to have to go on a wild goose chase to find the material, but Art researched the barn wood and found a place that sourced top quality barn wood. The cabinets came out better than what I could have ever imagined, and the quality is beyond top notch. The entertainment system involved a complicated sliding track to hide the TV when not in use. Everyone that comes and sees it is beyond amazed at how absolutely stunning and functional it is. We also had them build 2 walnut bathroom vanities. The quality of the wood was incredibly important. Art and Mike searched high and low for the perfect wood, and found it. Art and Mike are total perfectionists with an incredible eye for detail. They are laid back, and never get ruffled even when they are faced with difficult engineering problems. Their positivity and calming demeanor make them so relaxing and easy to deal with. Yet, at the same time, they are nothing but professional. We shopped around before choosing them and were amazed how competitively priced they are. I could go on and on about how truly outstanding their work is. Bottom line is, I would recommend them in a heart beat for any custom wood work. The result is truly a work of art (no pun intended).

Timothy immediately helped me find several appealing options to go with my sample. I loved his first suggestion but sadly it was outside my price range ($140 sq ft!). He helped me find a lovely dimensional tile with a great artisan style that will set off the quartz Calacatta Gold well. He was helpful with installation suggestions as well: finding a Schluter edging that will compliment the colors. The vibe was mellow and helpful. Unlike other places I have been to, I didn't feel that they needed to perform a wallet biopsy before they answered questions. Can't wait to order my tile and upgrade our kitchen!
