Chris had it handled through every step of the process and finished on time, on budget, and with a perfect install...no surprises. During the sales process, they were great and creative, but once the contract was signed, their real face was reviled. They had staff attrition, the person we worked with during the pre-sales left, and they didn't bother to tell us. At that point, we should have terminated the agreement. - They completed a one month project in 4 months - The quality of the work was terrible. They didn't measure many things accurately; some cabinets were damaged when they were delivered, and some cabinets cracked before the project was even completed. - They promised to manage the project, and they did none of that - They ruined our hardwood floor and refused to fix it. - Leslie who ended up leading the project was rude to other vendors and us and not attentive to details at all (she didn't even come to see the completed product) When we started working with their team, we found out that every vendor they contracted with to complete the work had complaints about them. We chose to work with them because of the great review on Google and the pre-sales. Don't believe these positive reviews and stay away from this company.

Cabinets were delivered 8 weeks late (16 -20 weeks after ordering. Which delayed the job 3-4 months. The cabinets were built wrong, had missing pieces, were damaged, rude installer, and when 1 package of the missing pieces arrived, the owner told me she wasn't going to have another installer come finish the job. I had to find and pay another installer to buy the raw material, sand it, stain it, cut it, and install it. It took me 11 months to have the job completed and paid an additional $8,000 to have the job completed. WORST Cabinet company EVER! DO NOT DO business with them, unless you want to get ripped off.

I assumed that they were just busy. There were errors that affected the outcome of the kitchen that could have been prevented with better communication. But the big problem was the installer, I will refer to him as A. He was rude and destructive. During the tear out of the old kitchen, he did not put down anything to protect our hardwood floors.They are now dented and scratched, from the kitchen through the living room and out the front door. He carelessly dumped all of the debris on our front porch, heavily scratching the floor and front of our house. Both need to be repainted now. He needed a reliable helper. The one he had rarely showed up. Because A was doing the heavy lifting alone, our new cabinets got beat up. I had to touch up the damage with paint that I purchased. If you look closely you can see where. And lastly, A did not clean up at the end of the day as the owner promised. I did it myself every evening. Then to top it all off, A spent much of the day fielding phone calls from his girlfriend who would call to report the issues of her day. When he was not on the phone with the girlfriend, A would ramble on to me about his personal life. Way too much information! I waited a year to write this to make sure I wasn't over-reacting. Nope. It was the worst home improvement experience I've ever had.

However Ray was willing to do more than blow insulation in to make sure our home would be warm and efficient! He took out all the old insulation, sealed up all holes and cracks that air would blow through. He installed covers over the light and installed baffles to keep the house regulated and not sweating! The others were only willing to blow on top of the pre existing old insulation! Ray was in and out in a few days! I trusted him enough to leave him a key to the house if he needed anything. I was glad to give the business to a veteran as well as Ray! I will be using Ray and One Shot Contracting for projects in the future! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
