This Endodontist should be thanking his lucky stars he is still practicing on people's mouths! As…read moremy dentist was scheduling me an appointment with Dr. Samii to have a root canal, he informed me, "he is good at a root canal but he does not talk and is just different." Okay, THAT should have been a red flag for me, but so be it. I went yesterday and all I can say about this individual is he is the most sarcastic insensitive being I have ever met. I am a strong willed person and I left there in tears. To make a long story short...he did not believe me that I had a "caine" allergy and asked me to provide written documentation on it. Then he proceeded to lift his hands and say I will not touch your mouth and I cannot help you. He refused to work on me because he was scared of "something happening??? or maybe just laziness for a referral???? Then he wanted to charge me?? Are you kidding? His tone is accusatory and demeaning. He did it to me, and after calling around after this happened others say the same thing. Samii is giving the entire Campus Maxial Facial Oral Surgery Practice a bad reputation....3 dentists I know and a few practice managers all say the same thing. Even some of his own employees commented on how rude he is. I believe that the more successful you are in business, the bigger responsibility you have to act as an example to other professionals, and especially to your staff and consumers, unfortunately, people like Samii that feel they have "made it" and don't need to be grateful or act as an example, are antique's and it will catch up to them. Not only am I spreading the word about this rude and insensitive, and even more, ungrateful of an endodontist but I will be reporting him to the Medical Board. Oh, and lastly, his receptionist apologized to me three times for his rude behavior. Now what does that tell you?? Recommendation? I think NOT!

Let me preface this by stating that my father is a dentist, so though I may seem a bit critical, I…read moredo know what I'm talking about. The staff is pretty friendly and the hours are very accommodating, which is a huge plus; and they do work with most insurance companies. My first issue is that you're required pay for at least half of the procedure upfront whether you have insurance or not. That means depending on how much work is needed the cost can range from somewhat expensive to nearly unaffordable. Due to my particular situation something needed to be done immediately and even though they were aware of my dental experience I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman instead of a healthcare provider. The procedure was quick for having 2 cavities drilled out in preparation for upcoming root canals leaving me to suspect the filling was not substantial. I came back 2 days later (fortunately seeing a different dentist) and found my hunch to be correct. Considering I paid $400 which was only half of the first two procedures (with several more coming) I'm not thrilled with what "care" I've received so far.

They overbook themselves and you end up waiting or they cancel. This used to be a reputable dental office before Smiliebuilderz bought them out. We will be finding a new dentist.

I was going to this office for 35 years when it was dr. Dr. Roush. Unfortunately they retired and I…read morehad been dealing with this group. I had a crown done and it didn't feel right from the start. I told them a few times and they didn't want to listen. The assistant told me I must get used it, Months went by and I continued to complain about it, The bite was off. It made me feel like the tooth was weak. The last time I was there and told them again, They walked away from me and I had to escort my self out. I asked them about warranty and they told me they do not guarantee their work. A few days later I got a letter in the mail telling me I was no longer welcome because I undermined their practice. After spending all that money on a crown that did not fit. Later l found out from a different dentist it was a different material and the crown was smaller that let a gap overlapping my other tooth. For this I was kicked out of their office and made a fool out of . I do not recommend them .

Prior to this, I dreaded going to the dentist like many others. My teeth would hurt during cleanings. With this practice, I have no idea what Gina does differently, but it doesn't hurt and the conversation is always pleasant. The office is nice, clean, and polite staff. Dr Earhart is truly interested in his patients health, which is also nice. My wife was first to try the practice and recommended them to me, glad she did. Keep up the good work gang, our family is pleased that you're there for us.
