Too much friction and D-R-A-G. Bikinis look hot, but aren't sturdy and feels like you're swimming with a parachute behind you. You're probably thinking: "Well, won't you get a tougher work out then?" Yeah, probably, but I don't want that feeling all the time. My two-piece came, and it looked good AND the fabric felt durable; it fit snug, having bought 1 size down (for when it eventually expands and loses elasticity after lots and lots of wear). I put it to the test, tying and securing the waistband. This feature really did help with keeping out the drag, and I was able to get a very sleek, nice work-out, while working on tanning my belly! The design was sporty chic, not frumpy, so it's a perfect cross-over "fashion" two-piece as well. Two thumbs up! Thanks Finals!

On April 5th, 2012 my credit card was compromised by The Finals [AKA TYR Sport, Inc]…read more A charge of $75.78 was made by [CHKCARDTYR Sport, Inc. 714-8979 CAUS] on my bank account that I did not recognize. I have never done business with TYR Sport, Inc. and I did not make this transaction for that amount on April 5th, 2012. I immediately notified my bank for this fraudulent charge and closed my account. I then contacted TYR Sport, Inc. via email from their website about the transaction and asked them to investigate this matter and correct this fraudulent charge as soon as possible. I received an email from Christina on April 6th, 2012 a customer representative from TYR indicating the $75.78 charge was from The Finals. She wrote in her email this was a backordered product from last summer that was not charged. This email had no specific information or details about the backordered product. Christina wrote in her email "any further question you may call Sarah". I was not happy with Christina's email response because of her indifference to my concern about this unknown charge on my credit card that alarmed me. I called Sarah from accounts receivable to find out about the credit card charge. I asked her to investigate this matter and send me all the necessary information. I received all the invoices for 2011 via email. After reviewing the invoices I am still not satisfied with their claim that I have not paid for the backordered product that has been made 11 months ago. As far as I am concerned I did pay for the product and it is unacceptable for the Finals to wait almost a year to bring this to my attention. I have been a loyal customer of The Finals since the late 80's. They did not have the decency to contact me to inform me of their discrepancy. Instead they made a charge on my bank account after an elapsed period of 11 months without notifying me and without my permission for a backordered product that I cancelled. The Finals could have contacted me because they have all my information including phone number and email address to explain what happened. Instead they took the liberty to make such a charge after 11 months have passed by. I have paid for every item that I ever ordered from the Finals. I also took the initiative to cancel my back order product almost a year ago because it was taking too long to get. The charge of $75.78 by The Finals on my bank account is unethical. The Finals have the obligation in such a situation especially after almost a year has gone by to contact me to explain their problem. Instead their carelessness has caused me stress after finding out about the unknown charge on my bank account on April 5th, 2012 without my permission. I have reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau so it will not happen to anyone else. The Finals irresponsible conduct has caused me alarm and distress since Internet credit card theft is on the rise.
