Unfortunately the water marks have only became darker. I have tried to power wash them with no luck.. Blue scape stated all the pavers he installs have marks like that. Now two of the pavers have rust coming up to the surface. He stated he would replace the two rusty ones only. It has been a month and he has not replaced them and refuses to respond to my messages. And I've had plenty of people work on my house and come into my yard. The owner has stopped by my house and always closed the gate. I have had superb service from the owner and all service people for the past few years. Ben is amazing, his workers are highly trained, they also always greet my dogs and me when I'm home so it makes me feel like an integral part of the company. They do a great job and whenever I need something, they are EXTREMELY responsive. This is by far the BEST POOL COMPANY THAT IVE EVER HAD. It turns out that those marks don't even accurately show how the pipes are routed. They charged me $450 to show the endpoint of a pipe that was leaking which as shown in the photos they said it end to the kitchen island five feets away. However, the plumber had to run the tape to find the end point at opposite side of the house which was not even in his markings. He charged me $650 extra because he had to cut each pipe at the manifold to see which one is the right one. I am wondering why are we even doing this kind of leak detection since running the tape into the pipe is the only concrete way to find the end of leaky pipe and the plumber charged for that service anyways. I can't justfying $450 I paid for a merely a guess work so my loss is your win take my advise and don't do it.
