If I could give this company 0 stars I would! First, off they lost things in our move. Second, they broke a $400 television and offered no help on a solution to have it fixed/replaced. Third, Paula is absolutely the rudest and most condescending person I've encountered in my life. She will straight up laugh at you and your problems, argue and yell at you, and continually interrupt/talk over you. Horrible experience! Movers came unprepared, took an hour to receive packing materials that were supposed to be brought to begin with. I was told they would bring boxes and we'd be charged for what was used, WRONG! An hour and a half after arriving, someone brought boxes and tape from Home Depot. I had to pay for ALL the boxes, even though less than half were used!! Truck loaded improperly. Items damaged with no compensation from company. Should have booked with Tropical Movers. If I could give zero stars I would. Movers not prepared to do the job. Only moved half of items wanted payment for half the job then left without finishing. Office states in text messages they will not be back to finish wouldn't even call. This move was prearranged and photos exchanged so they knew what they were moving. Wanted more money to finish a prequoted move. I do not recommend unless you want to pay additional money for your move. read more

These European men were so rude and confrontational. When I called they quoted me $125 an hour, but when they arrived at my house it was a different story. I arranged a full move and was assured that the two moving guys would bring everything needed to pack up my apartment and move to another 2 miles away in Key West. Unfortunately, after the first hour and a half I noticed one guy was taking things one-by-one, by hand to the other guy waiting in the truck. As in a handful of towels, a blender, 3 pillows, etc. I looked at the truck and they didn't have any boxes! They didn't speak English, and I tried to ask if they had boxes but they didn't understand. I left a voicemail at that time, but I let them move as much as it made sense to without any boxes since I didn't have any other help and I helped the guy take things up the stairs bit by bit. They only moved my bedroom, and the large items from the living/dining room, but couldn't move anything from the kitchen or closets as those definitely require boxes! The next day I called to follow up. Paula said she had not heard of something like this happening. She kept saying I should have called, but I did! I called the number I had for them for months, and the one my property manager gave me two weeks prior. It was a number with a greeting that said "Thank you for calling Keys Movers..." I was very taken aback when Paula started practically yelling at me for not calling their main number, that the number I called was a cell phone they don't use anymore...She kept asking "WHY didn't you call the number on the truck?? Over and over. I finally said, I paid $700 for 1/3 of a move. Could you at least have someone drop off boxes since it will take me 2 days to move the rest? She told me I could buy boxes at Home Depot like they do, and gave me the prices. Finally, she relented that if they had used boxes she would have someone contact me, and they did. Worst. Move. Ever, even though the two guys were really sweet. They couldn't communicate, and didn't call the office, but they tried their best moving without a box, or moving blankets. I would never use this mover. I called for a quote and the man I spoke with was extremely rude and not service oriented. He obviously does not want business, he constantly talked back in very poor English and was argumentative. read more
