I had to get it dissolved by another injector otherwise It would have caused tissue death. The new injector was so kind, gentle and most importantly cared about the results long term. the experience was night and day difference .She fixed what Nicole did and I love the results still over a year and a half later. He answered all of my questions, (there were many) and always made me feel like he had nothing else to do but try to accommodate my crazy schedule to get me seen as soon as possible. This is a recurring theme with each and every person I have come into contact with at EE. When you walk in, you're greeted with a warm smile and they actually listen to the answer when they ask, "how you are doing?" Jessica is lovely and so good at what she does, she's not only passionate about her career and patient care, but she really cares about representing Joe and Raquel's business as if it were her own. Raquel is flat out one of the best at what she does. She has a gentle approach to all aspects of caring for her clients/patients and is so open to questions and takes the time to give thorough and meaningful explanations.
