They asked my age I said 28 and they just told me that I am ok to rent. It is their professional judgment to make (whether they should let us drive), not ours! When that guy was insulting us we still tried to be nice like saying sorry, but he kept on being a scumbag saying" do not say sorry to me , you are going to pay the damage, not me". It turns out that we did well after some practice. He is making money from us so he should be nice and patient rather than swearing words. When we were back, there was a patrol officer stopped by and they wanted us to release our fish, we just wanted to figure out whether we can keep the fish or not, he went off again saying to his wife "they want to keep that god damned thing!" So for the both beginning an ending, he ruined our day for a vocation. NEVER had such an experience that business man swearing at customers!

No service after the sale! Professional Marine installed a…read morenew Hi-Tide boat lift in 2019. Shortly after putting the boat on the lift for the first time 1 of the I beams sunk about 1 inch. It hasn't sunk any more so I was just going to have them adjust the platform when they came out to do the annual service that was promised and stated in my contract. Problem is they never came to do the annual service. I have been trying to contact them since last year and the only person I can talk to is the person that answers the phone. I keep being told the owner will call me back, but he never does.
