Darryl was friendly, courteous, neat and informative. He showed us mistakes the original installers had made, including one which has resulted in some minor etching of the glass. He got everything put together properly. We now have a beautiful fireplace! We didn't even know embers were supposed to be there (the bag of embers were found under the firebox and never installed). They add so much. We will be using Rocky Mountain for annual cleaning and inspection and installation of a blower to increase utility of our fireplace.
