I did so at the branch as soon as received the one and only letter in the mail (did not even receive a phone call warning). The branch staff was friendly but "loss prevention" aka the virtual customer service teams still could not lift the hold on our account after spending hours trying to reach the proper dept via WF CS lines to find someone to fix the issue. Only to have them still close my business accounts without proper communication back to me, leaving us in a lurch, forcing us to open a new business account elsewhere to ensure our business transactions are uninterrupted, because they no longer want my business due to a paperwork mistake created by themselves! I am spending days of work to set up all new accounts elsewhere and redo all our ACH bill payments. Even the branch associates complain of getting proper help for their customers due to lack of system processes and escalations. I have never experienced such disregard, lack of ethics, and disrespect to customers from a bank. Avoid WF at all costs!!! No stars but this forces me to select a star!

I've been banking here for years. Building is much nicer, cleaner and the general atmosphere more…read moreprofessional yet they've managed to retain the feel of a hometown bank; employees are courageous and professional, they remember your name, very rarely any wait time and if there is, there is comfortable seating available; usually with a receptionist that is happy to get you a cup of coffee or water, and there are a variety of financial services available. Parking lot is small but space is usually available. Plenty of on street parking. Parking garage is available; small with a limited amount of spaces and very hard to maneuver around in if you are driving anything but a motorcycle. The reason I gave one star and the reason I'll probably be banking elsewhere in the very near future; they have removed the drive-thru. Drive through ATM is still available; apparently with new features that allow you to make deposits but there is no teller available. Their excuse; there were only a few people a day using this service. Seriously??!! This is one of the most ignorant statements I've heard from a business!! It's not like they have to have a teller sitting there all day; I would think some sort of a buzzer could have been put into place. Apparently that's too much bother. This leaves the distinct impression that their new remodel, while a nice upgrade, has left an important segment of our community out; the elderly and the disabled. There are the required number of disabled parking places out front. However, it's sometimes an exhausting chore for someone with mobility issues (especially those using a van with a lift system) or other mobility aid to get out of their vehicle to come inside. For people suffering from respiratory issues, battling cancer or other unseen health issues, it can be equally difficult to come inside. It's often difficult for some of our elderly to come inside; especially during unusually hot or cold days. I could go on and on with a hundred other obvious reasons to have a drive-thru. Bottom line; a message is sent that not all members of our community are important or even welcome here. A drive thru is a standard, not to mention courteous and inclusive, feature of most other banks. Unless I'm missing something or there is a service I'm unaware of, I'm totally disgusted. 6/16/2020 I had a simple account question. I was placed on hold for more than 20 minutes before finally giving up. In a time of social distancing, when we're encouraged to use online or phone resources, this is the best they can do?! They don't give you an approximate hold time, not even decent music, just a screechy voice repeatedly thanking you for your patience. Maybe spend less time on interior/exterior cosmetics and more on customer service improvements? Can't the person that usually greets customers and points out the free cookies and coffee perhaps man the phones?

Message popped up saying I was unable to log in due to security reasons and I needed to call customer service. Called customer service twice beginning as soon as the bank opened. Both times I was on hold for more than 15 min listening to their recording over and over; never actually talked to a human. Used the option to leave a message. Never received a call back. Tried again 3hrs later and finally talked to a customer rep. who informed me that the problem was due to weather back East which caused a system failure. Understandable. Myself and many other customers have been wondering If there was a security breach, etc. and imagining the worst. Simply answering their phones would've solved the problem. Returning my message would have been nice. A message informing customers of a system failure rather than "security issues" would have been helpful. Prior to this their computers were "down" and customers were unable to make deposits. $30 fee for each auto withdrawal and NSF. Bank refunded the fees but customers still had to explain the MSF to companies attempting the withdrawls. FFNWB don't waste your time or mine contacting me about these issues; just fix your customer service and systems issues. Please.
