I called customer service to update my address as there wasn't a box to enter it when I tried online. The Indian CS rep stated that I needed to take 2 photo IDs to my local branch bank to change my address. Finally, after going around and around with him about this, he finally relented and made the change for me. I'm looking for another bank.

In fact, he even pointed out that some investments I have weren't doing so well and that the return should be higher since the market has rebounded (being a financial idiot has it's drawbacks so it's always nice to hear a professional's opinion). At the end of the appt, when I asked about fees Nate told me that they do active duty military taxes for free. Apparently all Liberty Taxes are supposed to do it, but not everyone "volunteers" that info. What a nice surprise. I definitely recommend this place.
