I was cut off on 475 to 75 south, braked then did two 360's and ended up facing in the wrong…read moredirection on 475, with a semi truck jack knifing and sliding toward me. I called Jeff Traudt said there would be no problem, just get an estimate for the damages. I sent in the estimate and received a call from Jeff, accusing me of just trying to get my car repaired at the the insurance company's expence , and that if he where to submit the claim he would be fired by State Farm. What a total BS line accusing me of trying to get one over on the insurance company, 23 years without a claim and when I finally need them I get accused of a Lie. I have never been treated so unprofessionally, and treated in such a manner, after doing business with him for 23 years. My plan is to take the matter up with the Attorney Generals Office in the State of Ohio, then the Division of Financial Institutions and finally with the Better Business Bureau. Dan Pfitzer

The quote was much cheaper than others I received, so I eventually made an appointment to come in and sit down with an agent to review the quote and my current policies. when I arrived for my appointment, the doors were locked, there was nobody there. I called and left a message with still no response days later. Even with a ring camera out front knowing that I was there for my appointment, no response. makes me very concerned on their business practices and what may happen in the event of a loss and I need to make a claim. very unprofessional and very much do not recommend!
