The worst website and customer service. Every time you go from one page to another, like from your…read moreprofile to your checking account it makes you sign in again and every time you sign in it needs to send you a code to enter. I called customer service to update my address as there wasn't a box to enter it when I tried online. The Indian CS rep stated that I needed to take 2 photo IDs to my local branch bank to change my address. Finally, after going around and around with him about this, he finally relented and made the change for me. I'm looking for another bank.
