I'm certain these originated from a Chase employee. Changed acct #'s, user ID and passwords 4x's and office psnl couldn't care less. Oh, and if u want something notarized, they don't have one and will send you down the street to UPS for their charges. A bank w/o a notary - go figure. When u go there, there's usually 3-4 guys in one office BSing and u have to wait for service. They only communicate via email - forget phone calls. A complete disaster bank.

The Park City branch of Chase is actually pretty good but it's still Chase. Opening an account will…read moretake weeks. Getting checks deposited to that new account will take weeks of back-and-forth. Any issue you might bump into the branch will tell you to call the 800 # - and I'm a "private client" (meaningless anymore) when they bother to respond at all. Expect to be on hold for 30+ minutes on the 800 # and usually told they've no idea what/why/when. I was a Zions customer for 30 years and switched to Chase for the CC and bill pay, basically a better on-line interface. Their processes are absolutely broken (thank you Patriot Act) and their retail locations are understaffed.

I like the bank and the first time I went there the manager helped me personally and I had a very…read moregood first impression. However, subsequent visits show that maybe it was just luck. Tellers are nice but they keep having private conversations out loud with each other while they help people. The kind of "what did u do last night??! did you see who? Omg!" This time even the manager was involved in them. It seemed to be too laid back for a bank, even in a restaurant this gets annoying to me! Again, this is just this branch - don't know about others. Overall, I like the bank, it's way better than wells Fargo, Chase and other bigger banks in the services they offer (free accounts without the small print of "you need a minimum of $500 in a direct deposit to actually have a free account) so I would recommend it as a bank.
