The last time everyone including the supervisor heard her speak sarcastically to me and made it look like I was being unreasonable. I asked my friend to come in so she could help me and once she stepped in the whole demeanor changed and there was no problem, and I was treated respectfully as I should have been in the 1st place. This is only the most recent of many unpleasant experiences at this location, and the supervisor on duty is in another branch unavailable to me. I see all these other great reviews it only makes me take their abuse all the more personally.

The account exists, my name isn't on the account just the checks they ordered planning on nailing me for fraudulent checks, charges and anything else this person could do. Wells Fargo's reaction: "Just don't write on any of the checks!" I got more help from the police department, check company and post office! It's clear Wells Fargo enjoys ruining people's lives. I had a busy schedule until this morning 5/1/24 when I called again. Guess what? Same damn excuse "our systems just went down 10 minutes ago in a system outage, please call back later". This is straight bull! They are REFUSING to cancel an UNFUNDED/CANCELED loan the dealership already handled 4/22/24.
