He stopped a BoA employee Elizabeth/Beth.. he asked if there was another teller and she VERY rudely replied to him that his 45 mins wait wasn't unusual... she did absolutely nothing to help 'speed' things up.. With the BoA's closing I would think they would replace the horrible employees with much better ones.. Beth has got to go..

Over all the only good thing is that this bank is all over the country. Getting someone on the…read morephone is difficult, their hours change the atm is frequently out of service etc this bank has a lot of work it could do like installing multiple drive up atm they have the lanes but just not using them. I had my bank account with Putnam Bank from December 2010 to March 2018. For the most part I enjoyed the customer service the most. The only issue I had was very few. One issues was that a savings account can only have money added or taken out with a bank booklet. This seems to be a very ancient process still used in the 21st century. I would understand if at some point they updated their app so any consumer can deposit or withdraw over the app like the accessibility I have with My current bank Navy Federal. I would suggest that would be something current consumers should be able to use. Another issue which never got resolved was that I was charged by an online purchase and between the online store and the bank both just told me to contact the other which seemed like my lost $15 wasn't worth the frustration and gave up. I will consider Putnam Bank in the event I need to change banks.

I recently was in there for my husbands power of attorney , to give them the paperwork . Azis the branch manager was rude . He told me the paperwork needed a "stamp" on it and while I was waiting on him I sat in the customer area and I called Waterford main office and verified my paperwork from my attorney did not need to be stamped ! He was argumentative , as was the teller named Ben ! Manager was rolling his eyes, sighing , just acting like he was on a big power trip with MY money ! Donovan started out like that but he quickly turned it around and I have no problem with him . The teller named Christine has ALWAYS been courteous ! For 8 years I have been going to that location and not once have I ever been treated like I recently was ! I question now if I should even keep my money there as I do not trust them anymore . I did speak to Juan at the main Waterford office and he was a pleasure to speak with and I did tell him what had happened . Juan assured me that he and Azis would have a conversation . I had to go 3 times to get it straightened out due to the manager Azis's lack of knowledge or assistance ! It is a trust issue . If I can't trust that you know your job , and be courteous , and not rude ? How can I trust them with MY money !

The whole feel of the branch was off. Not the friendly feel it used to have. I am planning on switching to another CU.
