It is difficult too talk with a representative when you call branch. You're transferred to the main number that thinks nothing of leaving you on hold for 30 min or more. There were changes made to my account that I wasn't notified about before hand. There was one time that I sat at the drive up for 45 min for the teller to correct their mistake.

This bank is the absolute worst. While all the other local banks have opened their lobbies, this…read morebranch's lobby is closed. It has only one drive-up window and you must be in a vehicle to use it. People are not allowed to walk up to the window. The teller was unbelievably incompetent. We waited behind only one vehicle for almost 20 minutes. Once we got to the window, we waited for another ten minutes as she was unable to process the deposit, we asked if her supervisor could help. Eventually a supervisor came and processed the deposit in a few seconds.
