In addition, there is a HUGE pothole right next to this ATM when you drive up to it. Incredibly frustrating. Why not use the indoor ATM, you might ask? Well, for some inexplicable reason their indoor ATM will not accept my Chase debit card, despite the fact that I have no issue at all with every other Chase bank in this surrounding location. Only here. It has been going on for about 6 months now without resolution. The ATM "solution" for the indoor one at the Dewitt location tells me to call the main Chase customer service number. Clearly, it's not my card that's malfunctioned, and why am I the one who needs to get it fixed?? Consumers, beware!

The local branch closed in the village I live in even though it was a busy branch, it was closed around the same time the drug dealers left the village. I am new to financing, never had to use it. It just seems predatory and creepy. I was given a 11% interest for a personal loan. One star review type of credit report companies like Experian and Transunion did not help my credit score even though I have paid my bills on time for more than 40 years. I was quite happy when I was just cash based. The problem entered when I tried to sell my main property to relocate out of NY. Community Bank would not let me use my property (has no mortgage) as collateral if I moved out of NY to purchase another place in the south, as I want to downsize and move south for my health and well-being. I need more sunshine and want to move near an ocean beach area. I am 60 years old, mixed race female. Basically, Community Bank provides minimal services, and I feel my retirement is being ruined by scams for years, and now predatory lending.

The man I spoke to stated they could certainly exchange two rolls, $20 worth. Two hours later on my lunch break I drive to this BOA and the woman at the desk tells me I cannot exchange coins unless I'm currently banking with them. I told the woman I just called today and they did not inform me of this. She simply said they must've assumed I was a client when I called. She was rude with me, presumably because I'm young and have visible tattoos. If this really is BOA's policy, they should inform someone calling in advance about exchanging coins.

The bank tellers are at the left in another room. The bank teller area is large, bright, and spacious. My Dad has been in the previous day and had an appointment with Heidi Taylor and we were able to get right into her office. The entire process of opening the code was very easy and painless. Heidi was very helpful explaining anything that was different than the 'normal' such as their popup CD. I was in and out within 30 minutes.
