Patty coldly and efficiently shot down my request for a refund of the NSF fee, and in the spirit from which she shared with me, I share this with you. At the tender age of 18, not understanding much financially, I was pretty stoked to be saving that money. Just watch out on Friday afternoons, the lobby is TINY and the line often stretches out the door, which can get chilly in the winter when the sun's already gone down. The staff is friendly, though.
