We have been back at the Laconia branch several times to perform other transactions and each time they just couldn't be any nicer or easier to do business with. I have also contacted their telephone customer service and I have received the same high level of service each time. I also use their telephone banking service and it is very convenient. Both my wife and I enjoy doing business with SCU. I don't know why it took us so long to discover them. I hope that they are able to maintain their fantastic service going forward. Their rewards checking program is phenomenal- you earn money on your checking account for doing things you do every day. I know that sounds like an advertisement, but it's not. ATM fees are refunded too! All you have to do is have direct deposit, use your debit card 12 times each month, and go paperless. These are all things I would do anyway, so double win! I don't know what more I could ask for from my bank. I have only ever had friendly experiences with the employees, they have resolved issues very quickly and they keep my money safe! I once have a false charge on my card they took care of it, refunded it without issue and issued me a new debit card immediately. We also have an auto loan through Town & Country. The process setting it up was fine, and we have had no issues. The interest rate is pretty low, and the payments are taken directly from our account, so no worries about scheduling payments. I've also used their notary a few times, and it was easy as pie (or waking in and asking). Mobile and online banking are easy too! I love me some TCFCU, and this location is super convenient for me!

I will never use a regular bank again! We had applied for a mortgage with a savings bank that I had…read moredone business with for years and they assured us that it would be approved. After endless requests for "one more" document, one week before our closing date they decided: Um, actually, no money for you. We ran into YCFCU where we had no previous ties, told the manager our story and he said, "Bring in all your information and I'll see what we can do." Two days later they approved us and we closed on our townhouse in York on the scheduled day. I immediately withdrew all my money from the first bank and put it in YCFCU. They have been so helpful ever since. They suggested Kasasa and I didn't have to do a thing and now I make extra interest money each month. I make mobile deposits with my cell phone every week instead of trying to find time to go into the building. My checks used to build up until there were 20 or more by the time I got in there. I have never paid a fee for anything. I used to get charged by the former bank for all kinds of random things such as not making any transactions for a month. What?! I get punished for that? Credit unions are the only way to go and this one is WONDERFUL!
