She invited us into her office and walked us through the complicated and time-consuming process of researching my father's account for specific charges and deposits. I don't want to over dramatize the problem we faced but my father and I were both stressed out and Ursula couldn't have been more friendly, articulate or patient. We left more knowledgeable and relieved. A plate behind Ursula's desk says "Spread kindness." This bank was good to its word that day.

Whitney is probably one of the least qualified candidates for her position. When I think of a customer service manager, I think of someone who is kind to customers and has far above average customer service skills. While talking to Whitney on a short phone call, she interrupted me at every possible opportunity. She kept trying to talk over me. She was very inflexible and non understanding of a very difficult situation. When I finally go tired of being talked over and interrupted, I did raise my voice and I did utter a swear word out of pure frustration and she took that opportunity to end the conversation rather than trying to reconcile the situation. It felt to me like she was trying to escalate the situation so that I would be angry and she would have an excuse to not deal with me anymore. I would recommend to her boss that she be replaced by someone who better represents the company in a kind and compassionate way. On the other hand, Shane at the Arlington branch was very nice every time I spoke to him, and I think he is doing a great job.

5 minutes... 10 seconds…read more.. Thats how much longer until they show up. I used to be scared, till today. First that me take you back a few days ago. It all started last week, I was scrolling on tinder till I found a total hot hot hottie. I got their phone number and after a little while of chatting, we planned out a date. We would meet up/hangout at my place. Great. Tandy. Ha...wrong. You see I forgot to say, I lived in my moms basement at the time and I would never clean it. I didn't want no 10/10 to find out about my living situation. I had to do something. I drove off my crusty couch and onto my 15,000 dollar gaming P.C (yeah I'm a gamer). I quickly found the Indeed website and looked for a job offering. The game plan, well. 1. Get a job 2. Get money 3. Move out 4. Get food Easy right?! Well... Anyways I found a job at the U.S. Bank Branch (17110 Smokey Point Blvd) and it had good pay, so I applied. After a few hours and a job interview later I got the job. "Ha...Yes!" I fell into my car and drove for 45 minutes to the job site. I put my tie on and stepped out of my car and into the building. "Hey uh where do I clock in?" I said. An employee named Sally Sandworth. She was kind. I then clocked in and started my shift. After a few hours of doing the same old thing again and again I hear one of my fellow employees scream. "AH!" "Hey its ok, this happens a lot here." She was a new employee just like me. They came over to my desk and told me whats happening. "So basicall-" I'll save you the long explanation. Basically, every week this same group of guys will come into the bank, and rob the place. They tell me they can't do anything about it cause they are to scared. I will not let this happen again I tell them. Later that night (once I leave my shift) I begin to train. I go to the gym, I go to self defense classes. And after 2 weeks IM JACKED. I walk into the bank and wait, once it gets around timer for them to come back. I get ready to strike. And there you have it, thats where we started. So lets continue. They break down the doors, they break open the windows and start taking money. "Ha ha ha...well well well...look what we got here" I say in a deep tone. "Hey uh boss? W-whos that?" "Shut your yapper timm-". I jump towards them and start punching and kicking them. "GET SOME" I scream while beating them. After they all run off I clean up the mess and check the time. "Uh oh" It was time for my date. I run down to the goodwill. They have a house in stock. I buy it and go. When I get back my girlfriend is waiting and is mad. She spits in my faces and runs off. Then suddenly I hear a voice behind me. Its that employee. She ask me to marry her... And well now, 15 years later. We have 3 kids and 2 cats. It all worked out in the end. The president gave me a hero badge for helping out with the bank and a million dollars. I'm rich, old, a father, and happy. What else could you ask for. Fin.
