RANT: Not a single key was made and time was wasted. Here's the story: Car key broke in half in the ignition chamber and, fortunately, we (my mother and myself) were able to get the other half of the key without it becoming lodged in the start_up mechanism. Proceeded to a contact a locksmith after a failed attempt at a Home Depot. That's when Key4less with Abraham comes into the picture. After our intial phone call, we exchange key (no pun intended) information about the situation. Bout an hour later, he arrives ready to work. Work...by "work", I mean staring at our Locksmith as he spent all 45minutes present looking at driver history paperwork to see if owner (my mother) of the car (Ford Focus '00) had all the paperwork up to date after explaining to him repeatedly that it was a non-operation from 2015 until the present. There was nothing else we could provide other than heartfelt testimonals about the Focus belonging to us and all the memories it brought us.....still nothing. ....Moments of silence pass as Abraham now dons a bluetooth and proceeds to call Ford themselves to varify that my mother is indeed the master of this car that she claims to be. Mind you this all took place around 9pm-ish on a Tuesday...NO ONE at Ford is taking that call...THIS goes on (phone call) for another 10-15minutes as we stare at him staring into his phone waiting for someone to answer. Frustrated at this point I return to the Focus and open the hood to recover the battery so I can take it to AutoZone in the morning. I turn around, with car battery in a towel in my arms, to see my mom standing there w all paperwork that she showed to locksmith...WHO HAD JUST PULLED OFF AND LEFT. No goodbye, no farewell, or well-wishings, just ghost and left. W.T.F. I'm positive that THIS is not the standard. Definitely looking elsewhere. Judging from the reviews the dude seems stellar. My experience was the complete opposite. Key cutter couldn't...well, cut it (pun intended) RANT OVER. read more

Came on time and I was Very happy with the service, cost, and efficiency. Very professional and friendly

He was able to work with my schedule. Honored his quote. Showed up on time and completed the work. I would highly recommend.

Ibrahim E. is the man. Ibrahim is the courteous, most polite locksmith you will ever meet. After contacting him for a quote, I was surprised by how professional he was from his quick, 30 seconds, online response. Arriving on scene, we found out he did not have the key available, however, I call my brother out and had him made the key for his car. Ibrahim then ask me for my key and made a duplicate without the programming (to open doors) for free because he said he felt sorry for inconveniencing me. And that he will order my key to my ACURA TSX 2008 by tomorrow with no pressure on me if I want to use his services again. This man is a testament to locksmiths around, giving a good quote, while having a professional, yet courteous attitude that you don't often see anymore. I will call him in the future for all my keys, be it automobile or house. read more

Ibrahim runs an honest, legitimate business. He told me what the cost was up front before he came, told me exactly what he needed from me in order to do the job, then he arrived within the estimated time he gave me. He was respectful and explained everything we needed to know about the new key he was making--that if we ever found the missing keys, they would not work, but can be reprogrammed to work. Well, if we do find them, we will definitely be calling him to reprogram them. Thank you Ibrahim. read more

One early morning a few months ago, I realized my office keys were left inside the office. At 6am I frantically went through Google and Yelp looking for a locksmith. I finally found Key4less Locksmith, and decided to take a chance. I have had bad experiences with locksmiths before... arriving late... having an attitude problem... telling you a price over the phone and jacking it up three folds when they realize you're desperate, etc. But when this guy showed up right on time at 7:30, we were pleasantly surprised. I was ready to call my employees and have them work from home, but this guy arrived on time, had a great attitude, fixed our problem within 5 minutes, charged a very reasonable fee, and left with a handshake and a smile. Employees started coming in around 8 as if nothing had happened. Loved it, as it saved us from an embarrassment. I am extremely satisfied with Key4less Locksmith, and I will definitely refer him many many clients in the future. read more

Ibrahim was super nice and was able to create an extra key fob for my car. It was super convenient too because I had contacted him through yelp. There is an option on yelp to message the companies and someone will respond to you right away or within a couple minutes. Out of all the locksmiths I had contacted....Ibrahim was the one who contacted me first right away and was able to get me an appointment within the same day. I had let him know what day I was available and he was able to come within the hour. He parked right next to my car (which is parked in a garage alley and people usually get lost and cannot find it, so I was already surprised that he was next to my car). He drives a mini van that has all his tools in it and the company's name is listed in bold on the truck itself so don't feel sketched out lol. He had the key fob ready and just needed to install it. At first, he was having technical trouble Bc my car didn't want to accept it. So he said that he would order the part he needed then come back next week. I was perfectly fine waiting because I wasn't in a hurry to have an extra key Fob. I went upstairs to my apartment and He had called me again within 30 min and said that he figured it out!! He was able to install everything within about 1 hr! I was planning on paying with a credit card but there is a percentage charge so I recommend paying in cash! If I ever need a locksmith I'm definitely using this company again. I highly recommend using this company. Their prices are unbeatable! Thank you for the great customer service Ibrahim! read more

Horrible service. Guy is rude and disrespectful. Go somewhere else. I called and he didn't even say hi or acknowledge me. I assumed if you were running a business you would be a little nicer over the phone. 1.You didn't state the company's name you angrily mumbled something. I greeted you with a good afternoon can you please help me and you just asked me the make of my truck. 2. I am not a liar or a car thief. Yes I misunderstood when you asked if I was on the registration, I heard you say If I had it.I am the owner of the truck because I've been driving this truck for the past 3 years. It's under my mothers name. I clearly explained that to you. We have the same last name and I am under the insurance. Please don't assume I am trying to break into someone else truck. I am not a thief. If you were to take the time to talk to your customers and not be so rude you would understand that. I understand that you can't just go around opening cars for people. But at least take the time to explain that to me or see if there's another way of helping me. You should be able to double verify with another document. I have the registration. I have proof of insurance. I am legally able to drive this car. If I were to get stopped by any law officer I wouldn't be fined. Just the way I was treated and even now bashing me over yelp. I am not a car thief. Please go somewhere else. This is a horrible business. read more

Abraham was friendly and showed up very shortly after we called. He was upfront about the cost (ended up $50) and resolved our issue within a short amount of time. I appreciate the convenience of being able to pay via credit card and have the receipt emailed to me too. His honestly also makes recommending him easy since he noted the affordable repair he made was more of a band-aid than permanent solution. read more

Business answered very quickly through Yelp, explained what was needed, & told me it would be about an hr. He showed up right on time, boom & bing, he was done in about 20 seconds. The price wasn't too bad either. I hope I never will have to, but if I do, I'll call this business next time!! Thank you for saving us!! read more

He was great! Was available within 30 min. Efficient, honest and friendly! My key completely stopped working on my car, he came out and made sure I just needed a new key before selling me on an ignition switch change. Thankfully it was just a key issue. Made my key and gave me a spare for the door locks. I also asked about a remote control, he had that on hand and set it up right away. He also takes ApplePay! So payment was super easy! Thank you!!! read more

I had gotten locked out of my office and called Ibrahim from Key4less Locksmith. He answered right away and let me know that he would be able to come fix it quickly. He came to my office and unlocked my door and made sure, for security purposes, to ensure that I wasn't someone trying to break in. He was very helpful, kind, supportive, and the amount was very affordable! I would recommend him anytime and will contact him for my future needs! read more

I locked my key in my vehicle and needed to get back in. I called AAA but they let me know I had exceeded my four service calls this year. I've had a pretty bad year with this car!!! When I called KEY4LESS initially for a quote, I was told they could arrive in 20 minutes. Impressive! Due to my own schedule conflict, I ended up making an appointment for which the locksmith arrived right on time. I had my car key in hand in less than 5 minutes!! Service was great; I paid with Apple Pay on my phone. Also, AAA would have been 50% more had I used their service. So it was a fraction of the cost and from the moment they arrived, it took maybe 10 - 15 minutes. If you need a mobile locksmith, don't hesitate to contact these guys. They are prompt, professional, and exceeded my expectations. read more

Excellent service! Was there in just a few minutes, made the key and then went over and beyond this by charging my battery TWICE! When it was determined that the battery was no good, he even took it out of my vehicle for me! That's hard to find these days! read more

Horrible company, I had the worst experience with this locksmith. The worker was rude and clearly didn't know how to speak to customers. I strongly advise anyone not to use key4less locksmith. If I could, I would have not given key4less any stars. Smh. Use toads lock and key instead, highly professional, work is exceptional, and price is affordable. read more

Impressive service! Ibrahim responded to my quote request immediately and was the cheapest quote I received out 4 locksmiths. He told me it would take him 30-40 minutes to get to my house and got here within 30 minutes. Took him less than a minute to open my locked door! He gave me the yelp discount. But even without the discount, he was still the cheapest quote! Would definitely contact him again if the need arises. read more
