A couple of months ago my wife's Equinox broke down and we found out that it was the engine had…read moreblown. We contacted Key Chev in Yorkton SK to buy a brand new one. We mentioned that we needed a new vehicle quickly to replace this one. Two weeks later the sales person text back and asked how our search for a new vehicle was going. Sales has one job, and they couldn't even manage that. My wife was a GM person for life. Now we will never deal with such an incompetent company again. Thankfully Hyuandi had a professional team that treated us so well we bought two vehicles from them. There have been a lot of problems with this dealership. Might be time for GM Canada to actually investigate this dealership. Unfortunately I can not give this place zero stars.

We recently took our Escalade EXT to get its battery replaced. The EXT has been a sturdy form of…read moretransportation for frequent trips from Denver to Yorkton. Since bringing the truck there, it's been ruined. When we picked it up, the remote start wasn't working and the service manager didn't bother to check on anything but asked us to leave. To date, the remotes no longer work (remote start and lock/unlock function) and the tire pressure sensors don't work, among other things. Instead of being a professional and taking responsibility for his staff's mistakes, the GM (Neil), had me speak to the incompetent service manager. The service manager was rude and refused to fix the car. Neither employee has returned phone calls. Do yourself a favor and don't bother bringing your vehicle here. Take it to a reputable shop.

WELL, IT'S ACTUALLY A SHORT STORY OF WOE. The oil pressure…read morewas fluctuating, Thought there was something horribly wrong. I took it in there and they did a once over to see what was needed, that cost 100 dollars, just to see what was wrong. They said it needed about 6000 dollars of work done. Pump, sending unit, pump and tie rod, I just had put new brakes on, said they might as well replace those too. So they did the work 6000 dollars worth and it was still doing it. Plus after driving 1 day with it, the work that they had done, failed and my wheel broke, as that is the only way I can put it, it didn't fall off, but it was at a weird angle. Had to be towed in. They didn't charge me for the tow or the work to fix my truck, but it has never been the same, brakes still don't work right. Plus I had to rent a car, elsewhere, because they don't have loaners. They wrecked my truck, they said they put the wrong part on, AND LEAVE ME ON FOOT. What a great place. The sender was the only problem, they replaced the pump 3000 bucks, when it wasn't needed. They just soaked me for unnecessary work. These people are really good at conning you out of your money so beware and get a second opinion on work needed. OR DO WHAT I do now, go elsewhere. Very costly lesson.

The RV broke on the first day we tried to use it (too many issues to list them all here). The sales person said they would, and could, fix it. After it sat on their lot for a couple of weeks, we got it back only partially fixed. Our vacation was completely ruined and we lost thousands in fuel cost and lost vacation time. I had a meeting with the owner, Doug, to try to get some resolution to the issue of a brand new RV breaking on the first day and us not being able to use something we paid in full for. At the end of that meeting, Doug told us that he already had our money and there was nothing we could do about it. We tried to get some help from the manufacturer, Keystone, but were told we would have to take it back to Yorkton Dodge for any service. It's now been 3 months since I purchased the RV. It's still sitting in my driveway broken and unusable. It turns out that Doug was right. He has my money and there seems to be nothing I can do about it. I will end up doing the repairs myself and hopefully be able to use it by next summer. If you are in the market for an RV or any vehicle for that matter, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. If you really need a Dodge, make the trip to another city and purchase it there.
