We mentioned that we needed a new vehicle quickly to replace this one. Two weeks later the sales person text back and asked how our search for a new vehicle was going. Sales has one job, and they couldn't even manage that. My wife was a GM person for life. Now we will never deal with such an incompetent company again. Thankfully Hyuandi had a professional team that treated us so well we bought two vehicles from them. There have been a lot of problems with this dealership. Might be time for GM Canada to actually investigate this dealership. Unfortunately I can not give this place zero stars.

Since bringing the truck there, it's been ruined. When we picked it up, the remote start wasn't working and the service manager didn't bother to check on anything but asked us to leave. To date, the remotes no longer work (remote start and lock/unlock function) and the tire pressure sensors don't work, among other things. Instead of being a professional and taking responsibility for his staff's mistakes, the GM (Neil), had me speak to the incompetent service manager. The service manager was rude and refused to fix the car. Neither employee has returned phone calls. Do yourself a favor and don't bother bringing your vehicle here. Take it to a reputable shop.

I couldn't get through because I continually received a message that the number wasn't taking any calls. I thought maybe something was goofy with my cell so I tried another phone to get through. Same problem. I then left a message through the site's checkbox. That was done early enough in the day where somebody could have reached me. Nobody ever did. I'm rather disappointed with Yorkton Kia these days.

I am the owner of a Kia Sportage that is less than a year old and fully covered under oh-so many…read morewarranties. While on vacation in Saskatchewan last week I had a flat tire. We called the road side assistance number and was told we would be towed to the Key Kia Dealership in Yorkon, I called the dealership to see how long it would take to fix my tire. This was on THURSDAY just after 12pm. The service coordinator (whose name I regret not getting) told me they couldn't look at it until MONDAY. We needed to be back at work in Alberta on Monday and had planned to leave Saskatchewan on Saturday. Never in my life did I think having a flat repaired would be so stressful. I asked to speak with the manager, the service coordinator said she'd call me "right back", nearly an hour later we hadn't heard anything...We ended up filling my tire, driving to Kal Tire in Canora with my dad following behind and paid out of pocket to have the tire fixed but we were back on the road in under 30 minutes. The service coordinator DID eventually call back telling me they could LOOK at my vehicle on Friday but they may or may not have time to fix it. I am so glad I do not live in Yorkton and do not need to settle for such horrible service.
