WELL, IT'S ACTUALLY A SHORT STORY OF WOE. The oil pressure…read morewas fluctuating, Thought there was something horribly wrong. I took it in there and they did a once over to see what was needed, that cost 100 dollars, just to see what was wrong. They said it needed about 6000 dollars of work done. Pump, sending unit, pump and tie rod, I just had put new brakes on, said they might as well replace those too. So they did the work 6000 dollars worth and it was still doing it. Plus after driving 1 day with it, the work that they had done, failed and my wheel broke, as that is the only way I can put it, it didn't fall off, but it was at a weird angle. Had to be towed in. They didn't charge me for the tow or the work to fix my truck, but it has never been the same, brakes still don't work right. Plus I had to rent a car, elsewhere, because they don't have loaners. They wrecked my truck, they said they put the wrong part on, AND LEAVE ME ON FOOT. What a great place. The sender was the only problem, they replaced the pump 3000 bucks, when it wasn't needed. They just soaked me for unnecessary work. These people are really good at conning you out of your money so beware and get a second opinion on work needed. OR DO WHAT I do now, go elsewhere. Very costly lesson.

The RV broke on the first day we tried to use it (too many issues to list them all here). The sales person said they would, and could, fix it. After it sat on their lot for a couple of weeks, we got it back only partially fixed. Our vacation was completely ruined and we lost thousands in fuel cost and lost vacation time. I had a meeting with the owner, Doug, to try to get some resolution to the issue of a brand new RV breaking on the first day and us not being able to use something we paid in full for. At the end of that meeting, Doug told us that he already had our money and there was nothing we could do about it. We tried to get some help from the manufacturer, Keystone, but were told we would have to take it back to Yorkton Dodge for any service. It's now been 3 months since I purchased the RV. It's still sitting in my driveway broken and unusable. It turns out that Doug was right. He has my money and there seems to be nothing I can do about it. I will end up doing the repairs myself and hopefully be able to use it by next summer. If you are in the market for an RV or any vehicle for that matter, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. If you really need a Dodge, make the trip to another city and purchase it there.

Up until recently, I've been happy with Kia Yorkton. However, that changed yesterday when I tried…read moreto reach them by phone to confirm a service appointment. I couldn't get through because I continually received a message that the number wasn't taking any calls. I thought maybe something was goofy with my cell so I tried another phone to get through. Same problem. I then left a message through the site's checkbox. That was done early enough in the day where somebody could have reached me. Nobody ever did. I'm rather disappointed with Yorkton Kia these days.

We called the road side assistance number and was told we would be towed to the Key Kia Dealership in Yorkon, I called the dealership to see how long it would take to fix my tire. This was on THURSDAY just after 12pm. The service coordinator (whose name I regret not getting) told me they couldn't look at it until MONDAY. We needed to be back at work in Alberta on Monday and had planned to leave Saskatchewan on Saturday. Never in my life did I think having a flat repaired would be so stressful. I asked to speak with the manager, the service coordinator said she'd call me "right back", nearly an hour later we hadn't heard anything...We ended up filling my tire, driving to Kal Tire in Canora with my dad following behind and paid out of pocket to have the tire fixed but we were back on the road in under 30 minutes. The service coordinator DID eventually call back telling me they could LOOK at my vehicle on Friday but they may or may not have time to fix it. I am so glad I do not live in Yorkton and do not need to settle for such horrible service.

We mentioned that we needed a new vehicle quickly to replace this one. Two weeks later the sales person text back and asked how our search for a new vehicle was going. Sales has one job, and they couldn't even manage that. My wife was a GM person for life. Now we will never deal with such an incompetent company again. Thankfully Hyuandi had a professional team that treated us so well we bought two vehicles from them. There have been a lot of problems with this dealership. Might be time for GM Canada to actually investigate this dealership. Unfortunately I can not give this place zero stars.

Since bringing the truck there, it's been ruined. When we picked it up, the remote start wasn't working and the service manager didn't bother to check on anything but asked us to leave. To date, the remotes no longer work (remote start and lock/unlock function) and the tire pressure sensors don't work, among other things. Instead of being a professional and taking responsibility for his staff's mistakes, the GM (Neil), had me speak to the incompetent service manager. The service manager was rude and refused to fix the car. Neither employee has returned phone calls. Do yourself a favor and don't bother bringing your vehicle here. Take it to a reputable shop.
