I called to inquire if Natural Braids included shampoo and conditioner - she confirmed yes, but hair must be detangled. Arrived at slotted appointment time. Parents are currently not allowed to stay. They connected my baby's iPad to wi-fi, so communication was not an issue. They call when they are about 20 minutes from being done. Shakeira started on my kid's hair immediately. And she was done in 2.5hrs which is more than responsible. My kid and stylist decided on style of braids. The total look and experience was beyond my expectations. Braids neat. The kid said there was no discomfort and Shakeira gave her breaks in between. Shakeira gave recommended treatments for upcoming appointments, but honestly look no further. The hype is well worth it. Pigtails is located in Buckhead. Plenty of parking and easy online appointments. We have been seeing Ms. Samira and she is wonderful with our son. He enjoys getting here before his appointment and playing with the cars. They have cars for seats - so fun! Ms. Samira always listens to what we want, and she is comforting and makes our son at ease as she cuts his hair. We will be back!!
