However, upon finding Carter Carpets, I was nearly instantly wowed. You won't find owners who are nicer or care more about the job. They gave us a start date that fit our schedules and the crew that came out was amazing. They were quick and thorough, made an effort to leave as little mess as possible and even offered up their vacuum. The price was extremely reasonable but if you factor in the outstanding customer service, it made the whole experience more than worth it. They care about the job they do, the people that hire them, and the reputation they leave behind, and I greatly appreciated how they worked with us and took care of us. I would recommend them to anyone.

I worked with Larry Simons in 1998 and then later with David Gano on the latter three. NOIC comes through where banks fail. My local banks (Adrian, MI.) pissed me off big time ..every time I tried to get a mortgage they always drove me to NOIC and NOIC always came through. I can recommend with confidence David Gano at the Monroe Office . I can be a pain to work with at times but Dave handled me like the pro that he is. He knows his products, the laws, and the industry. Lastly, Dave does his best to help you navigate through the minefield laid by the "underwriters " a clearly misunderstood group. Unfortunately I don't get them either. Getting a mortgage is never easy...Dave and NOIC get the job done. At the end of the day I get what.. I want.

I worked with David Gano, and let me say "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" (the prompt Yelp gives next…read moreto a five star rating) feels inadequate to describe my experience. "As good as it has ever been or ever shall be!" would be more accurate, but sadly a six star option is not available here. Despite the rating limitations of Yelp, let me just say that my experience with David Gano was unparalleled. G Money was patient, readily available, and extremely knowledgeable in the kinds of edge cases my particular lending situation presented. It's possible that I may need to limit all future real estate purchases to geographic regions that NOIC can operate in, just so I can stick with a tried and true guy like David. Mortgages are just about making the numbers work. Never mind whether or not you think you're prepared to get a mortgage or not -- let's face it, you'll never be REALLY ready. But that's okay. David was able to take my "surprise! guess I need a mortgage right now!" situation and make it feel like I'd been prepping for it for the last two years. It could not have been smoother. Thanks, G Money! I will give you a call the next time without hesitation.

Whether you are selling or buying real estate, we highly recommend her! Lou is exceedingly knowledgeable, helpful, honest, prompt and straightforward. Lou is very resourceful, reliable and extremely attentive. She has integrity, commitment, and a huge heart, which are qualities we never expected to find in a realtor. We knew the moment we met her, we'd found a gem and felt the utmost confidence in her expertise throughout the entire process. We had bought our home through her many years prior and recently contacted her again to be our realtor to sell it. She was honest about and laid out the challenges we might encounter with selling our home, although it sold far ahead of time expectations and all went perfectly with her at the helm. Lou kept us informed about everything along the way. We felt as if we were her sole clients and main focus. She is also extremely helpful when it comes down to getting the nitty gritty done to prepare the place for showings and how to get the highest bid during a time when the market is so slow. We felt comfortable asking her questions and trusted that she would steer us right. She even got $500 more out of the seller for us on her own when she went back with our counter offer. She gives 110%. She is extremely detailed and patient! We really can't imagine getting any better service than we received! Lou is OUTSTANDING and deserves 100 stars!!!! No matter what your needs in real estate are, Lou will guide you the whole way through the process with the utmost care and professionalism! If we ever need a realtor again, Lou will definitely be our choice!
