I've been here 3 years & I have seen 3 different property managers as well as maintenance men. Since the new manager (Kenyon) has moved here my sons scooter and bike has gone missing. I've reached out to Kenyon to ask where they went he say that he put them in his truck and drove off the property to run errands and since he did that I have YET to find my child's bike and scooter. He never notified me even though THIS IS NOT APART IF HIS JOB TO TOUCH RESIDENTS PROPERTY. It is the maintenance man responsibility, and I've told my son multiple times to keep his bike in the side walk next to the stairs so there was no reason for his bike to be taken. Kenyon did not want to take responsibility so I called corporate (Nicole) she tried to explain to me over email that it is not Kenyon job to move my kids things, but yet he still did ? I called her son that someone would be held accountable & reimburse me for my loss of property She then proceeds to hang up in my face and block my number !! IF U ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU TENANTS SATISFACTION INSIDE OF THESE COMPLEXES THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL. The fact that you can be so unprofessional and still try to raise my rent every year is beyond me DO NOT RECOMMEND DIXON RICER APARTMENTS.

The apartments themselves were in pretty good condition (could definitely use new windows though) and all had nice big balconies or patios, mailbox in the entrance and the lots/sidewalk was fairly well maintained in the winter. Within walking distance of the mall, Walgreens, a bar, and a couple places to eat.

Perfect for Mom!…read more There's really only 1 thing you need to know:. I moved my mother into this apartment and would recommend it to anyone. It happens to all of us; we grow up and our parents grow old. Sad but true. A month ago my mom was living near me in the Arlington Heights area, that's in IL, and my mom could barely afford monthly rent on a small, run down apartment that I would never live in myself. It was time to look for a better place but more affordable, so we found Countryside in Rochelle. They were all so very nice, helped my mom with every step in the process from the initial application to the social security paperwork. There is a waiting list which can take a while, but it's totally worth it. My mom now has a nicer, larger apartment at Countryside and pays less in rent. Thank you Countryside!
