Despite providing clear instructions that I would be out of town and that my 93-year-old mother would be available for the 10:00 AM pickup and end-of-day drop-off, the process was handled poorly. Your team failed to return the vehicle as scheduled on Friday, leaving my elderly parents without transportation for three days. As a result, they missed dinner plans, an urgent care visit, and essential doctor's appointments. The communication throughout this period was unacceptable. I was unable to reach a person on Saturday, and my request for a callback from Frank went ignored. When I finally spoke with Frank on Monday morning to emphasize that we needed the car by 9:00 AM for a critical specialist appointment, the vehicle did not arrive until nearly 11:00 AM. To make matters worse, rather than offering an apology, Frank was dismissive and attempted to blame me for the delay. This experience has been incredibly stressful for my family, especially given my parents' age and medical needs. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to ensure other customers do not face similar treatment.

They had it in the service garage, grease was all over the steering wheel and my seats and floorboards. What a disappointment. They usually cover your floorboard with paper and the seats and steering wheel with plastic. I pick up my car that evening. I will never go back.

Unlike my earlier attempts to escalate, Eliot actually listened, took my concerns seriously, and didn't make me feel insignificant as a customer. He offered real solutions and structured the remainder of the process to respect my time -- arranging for as much of the transaction as possible to be handled remotely with the vehicle delivered to my city so I wouldn't have to make another trip to Jacksonville. Eliot paired me with Katie in sales to handle the in-person portion of the transaction, and she was everything the previous experience was not. She came fully prepared, was knowledgeable, efficient, and -- most impressively -- proactively addressed relevant details before I even had to ask. It was clear she genuinely cared about making the process smooth and takes pride in her performance. I'm leaving the original review in place because that experience happened and others deserve to know. But I also believe in giving credit where it's due -- Eliot and Katie earned it. They turned a deeply frustrating situation into a completed purchase decision that I'm confident in. I am also quite impressed with the responsiveness and exceptional follow through provided after the sale was complete. I had selected two vehicles online and confirmed their availability via text prior to driving over 1-1/2 hours to Jacksonville. I was to see Katie upon arrival, but was paired with Daquan since she was unavailable when I got there. I provided him the stock numbers and the text confirmation, he had me test drive alternative vehicles while I waited for him to find them. Hours later, Daquan admitted the vehicles and keys could not be located due to inventory issues. The following week, he contacted me to inform the vehicles and keys had been located. I returned that Saturday and test drove the vehicles then let him know which one I intended to buy. I requested a second key and interior cleaning of the stained seats for that vehicle then was assured these items would be handled. When I called back for an update the following week and to advise of my arrival to complete the purchase, I was told the second key would not be ordered until after I arrived which meant additional waiting for me. This was extremely frustrating after already losing two Saturdays and incurring travel expenses due to Enterprise's disorganization. I attempted to escalate the issue to Herbert in management but never received a follow-up call. I have been forced to cancel the transaction with my bank due to the poor communication, inadequate preparation and lack of respect for my time and money. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Enterprise Car Sales.

Everyone has heard a horror story of someone getting scammed while buying a car. However, this experience was so far from being stressful or confusing. Willie is the one who helped me during the process. As soon as I sat down we let him know I was interested in Camrys and Malibus, and he immediately jumped on showing us options. He also mentioned a Jetta that came in recently it was a really good price. I took interest as soon as I saw the photo of the Jetta. Within 30 seconds of driving it, I knew it was mine. From there, the paperwork and "sales" aspect of buying the car was smooth sailing. It's almost done completely virtually which makes the process really seamless and easy to understand. There is a screen you view everything on so there is great transparency in pricing. I never felt like Willie was trying to do anything other than get me out the door with the best price and car. He kept checking in with his manager about things which made me feel secure in such a big purchase. He also answered all of my questions in easy to understand terms and was super patient with us. He even took it to the car wash before we left! Overall, this was the best experience of buying a car I could have hoped for. I am thrilled to call Jenny the Jetta mine!

What an answer to prayer my ultimate goal was to find a low mileage camry white in color that was not an LE I am more of an SE type of gal. There it was a '22 White Camry SE 60k miles. I explained I am a unique case low credit but have a down payment ready. Process was smooth, the bonus was I did not feel pressured at all. I even test drove without them just me and my daughter. It was nice, plesant, beats out any other delearship with the shark tack tic of having to make a sale. I felt at ease, from the start because of all the great reviews, then Nick that was such a kind soul super easy going as was everyone else in the dealership. Offered water, hot chocolate to my daughter, coffee for me. Felt like friends we had known forever. I left the lot same day with my new car, registration and all handled right there.     This is a flea market at best.... the worst dealership I have ever had never mind it's CADILLAC…read moreLUXURY BRAND!! Terrible customer service ... no communication... complacency .... Excuses ... bad management ... basically falling apart! I actually pulled my car out and got it serviced the same day at another dealership and they had no problem! I have a 2019 Cadillac Escalade ESV sent for oil change and regular 37,500 miles regular check ups. So check out this chaos if you got time (if you don't just stay away from this crazy place): First, online reservations doesn't work ... I did book an appointment but they called me and said: scratch that ... just come tomorrow at noon... great, right? I go there and they are like, "oh sorry we are slammed" (of course because obviously booking system is so advanced that they can't figure out) "Actually we scheduled you for tomorrow at 7:30 am ... this way will work on it right away so you don't have to worry" (I work late so this is a pain) and I didn't mind. I drove the car the next day and was there first in line in the morning. I explained I have a funeral and me and clients I need to meet so I do need the car. They were "NO WORRIES" and I walked away happy with a smile on my face and a sigh of relief! Time passes by and I don't receive a call! I try to call at 4:40 pm and they are like "sorry we are closed" WHAT?!!... oh we changed our times due to COVID (remember they are slammed! ... and busy ... and they also the only dealership that changed their time) I ended up stranded with no Uber around (don't get me started about the loaner situation - my car is also still under warranty) so I ended up hiring a driver for $400 for the night! I go the next day and I see they didn't even start working on the car ... the manager "Eddie" was very complacent and gave me excuses like I am in first grade or something ... saying it's my fault and that they never promised to give me car on time ... We have too many cars ahead of you!!!! (I am not going to repeat myself but it's obvious he is lying or at least hopeless)! When you see this culture and this kind of dealerships ... just run away! My car had oil change and service in a couple of hours in another Cadillac dealership 15 minutes away! They have normal hours ... staff were friendly and nothing like the excuse culture and chaos I had with Claude Nolan! I even had no appointment and they accommodated me! I also know now that was not only me ... clients with Cadillac fleets that work with Claude Nolan for years, left them and got pissed of the terrible treatment and customer service! Paying a premium is one thing but what these guys are doing can only be described as outright THEFT. I agreed to their intermediate 120k mile service package, which is essentially just standard maintenance replacing fluids, filters, tire rotation etc. which was already ridiculously priced at $750. After waiting for 3 hours I was charged $970. When I questioned the difference I was told the difference was tax and shop parts? If you have a list of services normal people would assume that the parts you need to perform those services would be included in the quoted price, but that is not how these guys operate. Save yourself the aggravation and stay away from this place. I will never go back, not for an oil change and definitely not for my next vehicle. They should be ashamed.
