Even though I was told they would still allow online access to my account, it was 5 month later, then they disabled my access.& closed my debit card without any notification. I own a business and the branch manager here knows me they never place holds on my checks. You still need to go there to have that relationship. The bigger banks also need to have that relationship in order for a Branch manager to do this that I believe is the same everywhere. There is no perfect bank and have tried this and big banks and prefer the smaller environment to a bigger branch. They also did a great job on a loan for equipment I used for my business so that experience was in person and Carly did a great job.
